They owed me a refund as the staff who I was working with left before they finished my treatment. They said they could mail a check and they did not, so I called back and they said they would call to let me know when I could pick it up instead. They did not. And now they appear to be closed so they have essentially stole $600 and it's no wonder their business went under. I hope they took their bad karma with them, along with my money.

Esteem Med Spa makes a beauty dork ;) like me feel super comfortable. They have a relaxing and inviting demeanor about the office and staff both. They even explained that a procedure that I thought was for me wouldn't be beneficial. I was very grateful for their honesty and appreciated that they didn't just take my money on a procedure that would have been wasted. Dr. Riolo is very talented and has a wonderful "bedside manner". All of the staff is wonderful and I have worked with Cody the most and she is great. If you are looking for a place to help you to achieve your best look, this is the place.

I have always been a bit intimidated to seek cosmetic dermatology advice because I am very self conscious about my rosacea. I have had so many people, and even medical providers, say to me ,"wow, you got sunburnt", right when they meet me. It instantly makes me feel judged, and self conscious that my red skin is that alarming. I have tried creams, medicinal skin care, organic natural skin care, and no success. So when I finally decided to try to get some help with laser treatment at age 36, I was a bit skeptical. I'm so glad I did. Angie has been absolutely incredible. She has been so kind, and patient, and persistent about getting me the right results. She is gentle, and always lets me know what to expect while she is operating the laser. Each treatment I have had, she is professional, and diligent, and most of all, accepting of how my skin looks without passing judgement. She always reminds me that I DO have great skin, and i don't really NEED to change anything about the way I look, but she will be there to guide me through my process. I always feel better about the way my skin looks after I walk out, physically and mentally. I also have referred my husband to see her for tattoo removal, and WOW. After 2 sessions his old, amateur, single color tattoo is literally gone. I will admit, it was just an outline in the middle of his back with no complete coloring in, but it is completely gone now, no remaining ink or skin discoloration at all. I will say we are both fair skinned people, skin type II, and I have researched that this skin type does usually react well to laser tattoo removal. Lastly, as a nurse practitioner myself, I can speak to how being in a busy clinic can impact the practitioner, and sometimes unfortunately the patients can sense that in the provider. I will say that this truly feels like a spa. It is completely relaxing, no one is ever in a rush or seemingly stressed, especially Angie. She puts my worries at ease, knowing I am in such good hands. Sadly, she has been treating me so effectively I know I wont be coming back forever... but, I will eternally give her all the recommendations in the world.

My experience with Esteem has been nothing short of amazing! I'm someone who dealt with terrible acne as a teen and although I've since treated my acne, I have my scars as a reminder. It's always been something I've wanted to get treated and I am happy to have found Esteem and my providers, Michelle and Angie, who have been treating me. I've had 4 treatments of microneedling and PRP and I see a major change in my skin. I am excited to continue my treatment plan and share my results. If you are looking for a place that can provide the knowledge and expertise to deliver results I highly recommend them!

Wonderful experience here. Angie is a master injector. She listens to her patients’ individual needs and tailors her plan to achieve a beautiful esthetic outcome. I have been a patient of Angie’s for almost two years. After a visit to Esteem, friends comment that I look well-rested and healthy. That is a testament to Angie’s work! I recently had a hydrofacial with Lauren, and she was fantastic. Again, catered to the individual needs of my skin and I left looking rejuvenated.

Dr riolo did my lipo ❤ why only Dr riolo where do I start professional ...knowledgeable.... caring.... after my lipo I saw Cody for coolsculpting and I WANT TO go back!!! What a difference!! I've gotten a HydraFacial & SkinPen MicroNeedling with Michelle at Esteem & I can't say enough great things about my overall experience, the expertise, & the kindness & care. You're going to get a step above & a really high end med spa experience here. Can't wait to go back for my second SkinPen MicroNeedling apt. Here's a pic of my skin 4 days after my SkinPen MicroNeedling (no makeup), that along with my customized ZO skin regimen they chose for me, I'm noticing a major difference in texture of my skin!

The best medical spa in Fresno! The nurses and staff are very skilled. Dr. Riolo is also a plastic surgeon so she sets the bar very high. I go in here regularly on my monthly membership to recieve facials and other face oriented treatments like chemical peels, microneedling and hydra facials. Highly recommend Esteem Med Spa!
