Ana is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is fast, professional and personable. I am not going to lie, threading is painful, but she does it quickly and proficiently without compromising the quality of her work. 🙏✨ You can’t beat the location if you live in North Portland/Saint Johns.

Ana is amazing, the changes in my skin since adding monthly service with her has kept me youthful. She listens to my concerns and addresses them with solutions, while also providing deeper suggestions on my daily skin care routine. She has wonderful products that assist, but is not pushy to get me to purchase items I don’t need, or purchase period. Recently my skin become dry with all my summer adventures and boom she nailed what I was missing in my daily routine. Take the time to care for your skin, it’s worth it. I’ve been getting threaded for 10+ years and Ana does legitimately the best job out of the many business I’ve frequented. She’s super professional, fun to talk to and respects my request for keeping my brows thicker. She is pretty fast as well, without compromising the quality of her work. I saw Ana recently for an eyebrow threading and found her work to be very thorough and neat! Super personable as well. She definitely wanted me to leave happy but also gave honest advice about what she felt would look best. This was my first visit and will definitely be back! Very conveniently located right off of St. Johns Bridge as well.

My skin is so happy and hydrated after I see Ana. She has been so helpful talking me through and helping me work on my redness, melasma, and hyperpigmentation as I age and my hormones change. She is also just a weird and wonderful person who I love chatting with! I always feel comfortable and at ease in her space.

I didn’t know I could enjoy having my hairs ripped out so much. Seriously though, Ana is a sugaring whiz. She is so incredibly welcoming and gracious and nonjudgemental. This queer is so stoked to see body part based pricing, so all my peoples can have smooth skin if they so desire. I was a waxing/sugaring virgin before Ana popped my cherry and now I am hooked.

She really takes her time to shape your eye brows, she's sweet, patient, and good at shaping eyebrows. I have super thick hair, so If you have thick hair she's the one to go to! And her price is super affordable 🙂

As someone who has a ton of very curly hair, I was kinda over waxing and wanted to try sugaring. When I found out Ana does sugaring, I immediately made an appointment. Everything was explained in detail and she was so kind and professional. However, her hours are difficult with my current schedule and lifestyle. There's no weekend availability at all and only 3 week days. It would be nice to at least be open one Saturday a month..

The services are top notch, the space is clean, and Ana is great to talk to. She always remembers things we talked about during previous appointments and that really adds a special touch. If you are looking for someone who is great at what they do and has a great personality while doing it, Ana is the person for you! I have sensitive skin and getting my eyebrows waxed always irritated my skin. I later discovered sugaring which was a bit better but my skin was still irritated afterwards. I was looking for somewhere local to get my eyebrows done when I discovered Esthibar just a short walk from my house. I had never had my eyebrows threaded, but I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did because they have never looked better. I also decided to try to threading for my upper lip. It’s not the best feeling in the world and I always get a few tears in my eyes, but I now get that done every month with my brows. Beauty requires a little pain, but Ana will give you breaks and tissues for when the tears start rolling down your face.

I’ve been seeing Ana of esthibar for months now and she’s incredible! And I can’t believe I’m lucky to have her 4min from my house, but truly, if she were farther away, I would still get my brows, upper lip and chin threaded by her. Her facials are also great and the Korean skin care products I have purchased from her have seriously improved the quality of my skin. I’ve had a history of people messin up my brows, so when I say she does brows well, I mean that. I would recommend her to anyone!
