I saw Maddie for a back waxing last week. This is the second time I’ve had this procedure as my back is sort of like a shag carpet and generally not a pleasant experience. This time was entirely different. Maddie made me feel completely relaxed as she expertly and somewhat painlessly removed my back hair. I highly recommend her as she is definitely a wax expert!

I have been going to Esthétique for years now for their sugar wax. I highly recommend Deborah and Tracie! The place is beautiful and very clean. They make you feel welcome and comfortable each and every time. If you are a first timer for waxing, I recommend visiting ASAP for the sugar wax. Book with them now for summer!

Wow. I had the most wonderful experience at Esthetique! Deborah, the owner, did my facial and it was absolutely incredible. Esthetique has such a relaxing and healing atmosphere. I highly recommend Esthetique for anyone seeking high-quality skincare services in Charlotte.

I am so impressed with this little spa, not only is it quaintly beautiful, has great energy and an awesome vibe. This was my first time here and now I will be a loyal client, Kelli was amazing she made adjustments for me and recommendations that were superb! Ithe sugar waxing as also very impressive, I highly recommend it especially if you are getting a Brazilian! I will be coming back for facials and massages, I am looking forward to seeing them more and more.

I've been going to this spa for about a year now, and after growing up in CLT, I can confidently say this is my fav! The esthetician Kat is the all time BEST for both waxes and all things skin related! I do my best to see her at least once a month! Highly recommend this spa.

Tayler is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable, kind, and very easy to talk to! I always feel like I leave learning something new about my skin or some good advice. I had been getting waxes for years before I found this place, I decided to switch to sugaring upon recommendation and I’m so glad I did! Tayler is very good and it’s over before I know it, very quick and as painless as it can be. Definitely recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Esthetique! I have been coming to Debbie and the Esthetique team for the last 4 years and absolutely love this spa. I've done both sugaring and waxing (sugaring is my favorite of the two) and I have to say, Esthetique services go above and beyond in all regards compared to chains like European Wax Center. The spa itself is so tranquil, clean, and has beautiful, historic charm. I think it really speaks to the atmosphere of the spa if you can almost fall asleep even during a sugaring! Top notch services, amazing people, and a wonderful local business! I plan to try the facials here soon.

I have be a long time client of Tracie's..15 years give or take, I can't say enough amazing things about her and the services she provides! She crafted a custom skincare routine with amazing luxury all natural products that's made my skin flawless. To top it off, I'll never have another unwanted patch of hair thanks to her skillful hands and some amazing sugaring! Everyone should have her as their esthetician

I have really fine hair that is still course, if that makes any sense (you would have to see it for yourself to understand) so, they do wax it, but I feel like it mostly breaks off since most spots usually starts growing back within a week, but I'm happy to find a salon that uses products that are in alignment with my health and wellbeing.

I really wanted to have a good experience here but unfortunately due to the inexperienced employee I had, I did not leave here happy. I went in for a simple brow, lip and chin wax and was charged $70 for a below average brow, lip and chin wax. The tech I had could not answer any simple questions regarding suggestions or recommendations for my skin. I did not feel comfortable and really wanted to leave in the middle of my service. Because lack of experience by the tech for the high price, I unfortunately will not go back here.

I've been waxing for years, but found this place online and decided to check out sugaring. I will never go back to waxing again! Kelli is AMAZING I mean AMAZING! From the very first time I received a Brazilian from her she made my process smooth and tried to make it less painful as possible. Kelli takes her time and pays attention to details making sure you leave with a really smooth and hair free lady part, not to mention the amount knowledge she has and provides when it comes to self care after and in between sessions. I'm a few sessions in now with her and each time she delivers top tier service. The entire studio is welcoming and friendly you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love Esthétique! I’m very picky when it comes to wax places and chose this location based off reviews. They deserve the 5 stars. Very clean and the technicians know what they’re doing. I got waxed by Taylor and the owner Deborah. The only con is it’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it for the comfort, flexibility in appointments and staff experience.

I found my new waxing place! I liked it so much I made a list of why Esthetique stands out: - The ambiance is calming and sophisticated. No sterile white walls with harsh lighting. - Debbie and Jordan were great! Personable and considerate. The latter is especially important for someone who is ripping hair off your body. - The warm towel at the end of each service is clutch. Really nice touch. They also clean up well and make sure you’re not going out into the world with globs of wax on you. - Personalized service. One of my biggest qualms with other waxing places is they’re rigid on the definition of bikini line and full bikini. I typically want something in between and it causes confusion. But, at Esthetique, Debbie talked through exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. - They had business cards. I don’t care for the cards for themselves, but the fact that they have their name on something permanent leads me to believe they don’t have high turn over like at other places. Yay to seeing the same person every time I come back! Sure, their prices are a bit higher BUT IT’S WORTH IT. I can’t recommend enough

This place is phenomenal! When I moved to Charlotte I struggled finding a place with plentiful appt times that worked with my schedule, Esthetique always has availability. Today I had my legs waxed and got a sugar bikini hair removal by Tracie and she was incredible! It was painless and she was so quick! I can't recommend this place enough!
