I recently had my first facial at Estie Bestie and it was an amazing experience! The atmosphere was very calming with soft lighting and soothing music. Erika was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. She explained each step of the process and my skin felt so refreshed and smooth. The products used were gentle and hydrating. I will definitely be returning as this was a great introduction to skincare for my needs. Thank you Erika!!!

I work a 9-5 job so it’s hard to find places that are open past that and the weekends are always booked. I love that Erika offers services past 5pm. The atmosphere of the room was warm and cozy which was great considering the recent cold front. I loved that Erika assessed my skin prior to starting the service and the types of serums/masks she used. I even loved the personalized welcome when I came into the room. I would totally recommend this place!

Estie Bestie is a gem in the Jefferson area. The business is warm and inviting, while the facial itself was the ultimate luxury experience. It felt like a few amazing services all wrapped into one experience and price. This small business owner is super sweet and great with her hands. Her face massage is super relaxing and I could tell she really knew and understood skin. There are a variety of things offered at this business and I loved supporting someone with such a passion for skincare.

Erika is awesome! She makes me feel so comfortable and eases my anxiety. When I first started going to her I was really scared. But she really uses her educational background to educate you in the products, procedures, and process to make you feel comfortable and equipped to make the best decisions. Now I go to her asking what else can I try. She's not pushy in having you making a decision. Everytime I lay on her table I really feel like I'm talking to my bestie. ❤️

Erika was very sweet, she walked me though everything that she was doing during my facial and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The ambiance was amazing and so soothing. It was self care that was very much needed. Afterwards she gave me recommendations and an aftercare skin regimen which I loved too! My face feels so plump, clean, and rejuvenated ☺️

Erika from Estie Bestie Parlor was phenomenal. It was my first time getting a facial in over a decade and she truly made the experience amazing. The environment was warm and welcoming. She took her time to assess my skin before suggesting a particular facial service. Once she began, she gently massaged the products into my skin. The service lasted about an hour and the entire experience was so relaxing. I absolutely loved the results; my skin glowed for a couple of days after the service. Wonderful experience on a glow facial and she was able to work with me on getting an eyelash lift and tint 🫶🏼🧡 I honestly fell asleep 💀 Definitely felt comfortable and in very good hands 🫶🏼 She was making sure I knew every step she was doing and I had asked about how each thing benefits me (I've never pampered myself in anything facial wise, so this was sweet 🫶🏼) Due to not wetting these bad boys, I definitely used my swimming goggles 🤣🤣 I feel Bonita ✨️🍀🧡🫶🏼

I found Erika through Facebook as she was promoting her own self on my post as I asked around for an esthetician who specializes in facials. I decided to book an appointment with her because of her stellar reviews and of course, she’s licensed and has the correct credentials! As soon as I arrived, she made me feel like we’ve known each other forever! She was super accommodating, attentive and knowledgeable! She did my skin analysis and helped me understand and learn my skin concerns. Any questions I had, she answered with confidence and pure knowledge! Now to the best part, the service. I have never felt so relaxed, in zen mode and super calm! She explained everything she put on my face and made sure I was great during the service. My results were FLAWLESS and my skin is so smooth and clean and it had a glow! Overall, Erika is professional, clean and her room is so cute and comfortable! Her sign to welcome me was very adorable and made me feel welcomed and at home! I truly admire her for her passion for skin and it definitely shows through her work!
