Horrible service el cliente paga por lo que quiere no por lo que la estilista quiera mi hermano que es Discapacitado recibo un trato horrible de parte de esta mujer Y le cobro el doble por un corte Su cuñado tuvo que hablar por el por qué el no se sabe defender impotencia es lo que siento 😭

If I could I would give this place 0 stars! Horrible service they don’t listen to the customers needs and what they would like done on their hair! Stated my concerns and how I was not liking how my haircut was turning out but the wanna be stylist did not care and did what she wanted!!!Horrible treatment save yourself the time and disappointment. Si pudiera le daría 0 estrellas! Tienen horrible servicio al cliente. No están atentas a lo que quiere el cliente. Les dije que no me gustaba como me estaba quedando el corte de pelo y no les importo ni trataron de arreglarlo. La señor hizo lo que se le pegó la gana! Si no quieren estar batallando mejor ni vengan a este disque salón de belleza.

I’ve been getting my waxing and blowouts by Ines for more than five years and followed her to this place. I went in and got my eyebrows, mustache, and side burns done and she did a great job for a decent price, so I tipped well. If you go here, you need to know the process and have time for it. You write your name in the notebook as you walk in and they get to you when it’s your turn. They also only take cash and there is an ATM next door. If you don’t like this process, then don’t go there. But I find it to be reliably and consistently excellent.
