Availability, usually clean. I give it a 4 star because they will tell you to go to the hair wash table without telling you about the extra charge.

The few times I have come to get my sons hair done they do a great job, everyone has been friendly and helpful even when I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted for his hair during the growing stage

Hice cita como a las 10 de la mañana para la 1:00 pm llegue 15 minutos antes la hora de la cita muchacha hizo 2 cortes espere hasta la 1:20 pm Y la muchacha agarro su cell para salir del salon me dijo o la muchacha la ba a ayudar y estaba haciendo un Corte a Otra persona...en fin me sali del salon sin corte de Cabello y fui a buscar otro salon yo voy siempre hay por mas de 5 años y hago cita bueno un salon perdio un cliente y otro lo gano 🙏

Went to both locations at opening time, 9AM, and despite waiting, the doors were locked without any signage that it was closed.

I absolutely hate this damn place, I especially give certain directions for a haircut, I ASKED FOR LAYERS, and the woman cutting my hair IGNORES EVERYTHING I JUST SAID and decides that “her way” is better and cuts my hair in whatever way she felt like it, I NEVER ASKED FOR THIS, SHE ALSO TRIES TO BE SNEAKY AND CUTS MY FACIAL HAIR, this place is awful, I went to get a haircut and instead I GET MY FACIAL HAIR CUT ALONG WITH AN AWFUL HAIRCUT I NEVER ASKED FOR!!?!

I made appointment to get hair cut and ask specifically if they did men's flat tops. They said they did and arrived to get my hair cut and sat in chair. Then was told they don't have anyone to do flat tops. I wasted my time and gas to go there. Bad management not even a sorry.

It is always hard for me to find someone who is willing to cut and style my very thick and long hair but they didn't hesitate to take me. Sophi did an amazing job on my hair and it didn't take long. This place is nice and clean and the staff is friendly. An appointment is required and they ensure that everything is sanitized before taking the next customer. I definitely recommend this place.

La muchacha k me atendió el día de hoy parecía k no tenia ganas de ir a trabajar 😣 Se miraba como k andaba a fuerzas trabajando ahí y rápido me corto el pelo como en 3 minutos y no lo desvaneció bien pero nonle dije nada por k tal ves no era su día Para la otra espero a la señora Rosa 100% amable y recomendada
