This massage place is the best . I have been around the world and gotten a massage in every country I have been to and I can say that Estrela is the best massage therapist ever , she is very professional and great at what she does and super friendly. I have been coming here for more than 7 months and I’m always happy and satisfied with the service.

I’ve been in need of a good massage for a while now so my friend recommended this lady to me. I scheduled an appointment online a few days ago for today at 1000. I live about 30 minutes from the business so I left my house at 0930. I arrived to the place at 0953. Once I parked, I checked my phone and saw the lady texted me at 0918 asking me to confirm my appointment…I was unable to confirm at that time since I was getting showered/dressed for my appointment. At 0938, this lady sent a texted saying she cancelled the appointment because I failed to respond. I texted her prior to 1000, soon as I read her texts and let her know I apologize for not responding; however, I was getting ready/driving to the appointment. No response from her. I then called prior to 1000, again, no response from her. This is not the way you run a business. I wasted gas and my time driving to an appointment I was on-time for just for it to be cancelled for no good reason. Her website says nothing about “required confirmations” for new clients prior to the appointment time. Please do not book with this very unprofessional woman.

I love going to Estrella! She is so sweet and very professional. I was referred to her by one of my colleagues and it has been one of the best decisions of my life! Before I started going to Estrella I had a lot of pain from stress and tension because of my profession (dental hygienist) but after a few sessions with Estrella that unbearable pain has minimized greatly!! I really look forward to my appointments with her and she is also very accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend her services to anyone! She is so awesome 😊!

In all my years of getting message I don’t think I’ve ever had a person schedule an apt and then not get back to me when I show up for the appointment. I’m so confused... don’t waist your time! A part of me think this place isn’t even a real business. Totally sketchy location by the way.... You didn’t call, that’s a lie and attracts the wrong people ? I’m confused what that’s supposed to mean? I Personely think this place is a shady front, I’ll sick to message envy when I’m out of town.

I stopped by yesterday after work to make an appointment only to find a client of hers waiting for her to arrive. I asked her client if she's always late? The client said yes, always. After waiting 15 to 20 minutes she finally arrived. After she got herself settled, I asked if I could purchase a gift certificate. She said she didn't have any ink in the printer and the best time to catch her was to come back tomorrow at 10:00 am. I took off work and arrived promptly at 10:00 am only to find another one of her clients waiting for her to arrive. This client told me that she once waited 50 minutes for her to arrive and this rude unprofessional therapist never apologized for making her wait. This client said she only puts up with her because her rates are so low. I walked out. Not worth the wait!

I've just got done with my massage with Estrella and I have nothing but good things to say. She's an amazing person, communicator, and professional massage therapist. It was my first time ever receiving a massage and she made the experience so positive and is an overall welcoming and understanding person. She listens to what is wrong with you and what you want to achieve through your massage therapy sessions and it's amazing how truly great she is at what she does. I've been working at a desk job for about 2 years now and the stress and posture problems are now starting to manifest themselves in my shoulders and neck areas over the past week; I've gotten very tense in my left shoulder and my right shoulder spontaneously cramped up last night when I tried to take my jacket off at dinner. Unfortunately it's gotten so bad that one session wasn't enough to fully work the muscles and relieve the tension permanently, however I will be coming back and taking her recommended massage therapy regiment and working it into my schedule. Her services are extremely affordable and she even offers discounts and packages online. Definitely a little hole in the wall that you'll want to keep to yourself once you visit but she's so good you'll want to tell all yours friends, I know that I will be.

I tried Estrella Massage on a whim because it was close to where I worked. It was such an amazing experience. Estrella herself is warm and personable and really listens to what the problems are, your requests, and your comfort level. Great communication gets you a great massage from her. And if you're not really sure where you problem areas are, she can find them while she's working. It's easy to schedule appointments on her website. When I woke up the morning before I had to take a 13 hour car trip and couldn't move my neck because of the pain, she worked me in the same day so that I wouldn't be in excruciating pain while traveling. My husband and I both go to Estrella Massage when we need help just relaxing as well as when we really need help with problem areas and pain. She is great at both and has become our family massage therapist. The prices are reasonable enough that I can get massage when I need it. It's not a fancy office but who cares. Her work speaks for itself. I highly recommend Estrella Massage.
