Didn't like my experience with the body waxing, I can still see the stain of new skin layer where my skin was peeled from the multiple attempts on removing hair, when it all could've been prevented with prepping the skin. I've been waxing for a long time, so I know better. Maybe not a good spot for people with ethnically thicker hair like me as from the moment I lay on the bed, I was told if I had considered laser hair removal.

Came in from Houston and was looking for somewhere close to the hotel to get a facial. Did research checked all of the reviews and ended up choosing this one. I had an amazing facial.AILLEEN Was awesome! She took her time did a great, relaxing facial, as well as exfoliate and deep cleansing my skin , she You definitely hydrated it. She educated me on the product she was using and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back.

aileen did my 45 minute customized facial, and it was amazing! i had never gotten a professional facial before, so i came in with little to no knowledge about caring for my skin type. however, i left with so much information. she was very knowledgeable about everything. i definitely will be coming back again!

Aileen provided me with a 60-minute customized facial and did an AMAZING job! She addressed all of my skin concerns and I felt so relaxed from start to finish. I left feeling vibrant and alive! Will definitely be utilizing Esty’s services again (as well as Aileen’s)! 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been a customer of Jessica’s at Esty for over 10 years and it’s the only place I’ll go for waxes and facials. The ambiance of the spa is warm and cozy. Everyone I’ve visited on the staff is very professional and does great work.

I’ve received two custom facials by Ella at Esty, the 2nd in preparation for my wedding a few weeks ago. I am very happy with the services I have received, and I love going to this beautiful, historic building in my neighborhood (rather than a sterile strip mall) for my skin needs. Ella is lovely and conversational, but I’ve never felt like I couldn’t relax or choose quiet while she’s working with me. She takes care to make sure I’m comfortable, and answers my skin questions without making me feel like I need to buy a bunch of product or additional services to get the results I’m looking for. Unlike many other skin studios I’ve been to, Ella has never pushed me toward buying product on the way out, either. When I have asked for suggestions she has pointed me toward the lines Esty carries (of course) and I’ve been very happy with the products I’ve tried. I plan to be a more regular client in the future!

Staff is very friendly, facility is welcoming and clean, and facial services are excellent and relaxing. This is my 2nd facial here and each time my face/skin looks smooth and fresh! I'll definitely continue to come back.

This is my favorite facial studio in all of Austin. I get the 45 min customized facial and my skin is glowing every time! The service is wonderful and the staff is careful and thoughtful. It's the only place I'll go to get my facials in Austin hands down!

I have been to Esty twice and each time has been an amazing experience. The people there are very friendly, professional, and make you feel comfortable. I love the atmosphere! Not to mention the facials are amazing and I love they use natural ingredients .Treat yourself to a facial here sometime, you will not regret it!

I’ve been here twice and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The location is excellent, the space is calming and has really nice lighting, and the two facialists I had were both so nice and skilled. My skin needed the pick me up. Will definitely be going back.

I got my first Brazilian wax, and my first facial here. Ella did my wax and she was amazing, made me feel not so nervous. Emily did my facial and she was just as wonderful as well. I will definitely be coming back for both.

Love this place! The studio is so cozy and relaxing. I truly look forward to going each time. I love how simple it is. You don’t have to deal with the buzz of a high-traffic spa, where someone is always trying to sell you something. Emily is a rockstar and so friendly. Her massage is one of the best I have had. In general, I love how Esty works such long massage time into the services.

Went here for my first ever facial! It’s too soon to tell the results, but the experience was amazing. The studio is clean and cozy, great atmosphere, private, and relaxing. Emily took the time to really understand my skin and what my skin care routine looks like at home. She provided explanation during the process to help me understand my skin better and how to take better care of it. She was gentle and skilled. I went with the 30 min facial with extractions for $55. Best price in Austin! At the end Emily gave me product recommendations, but they weren’t even products they sell at the spa so she was truly recommending what she thought would be best for my skin! Great experience and I will definitely be going back once a month if I can!

The care and knowledge the owner takes with my sensitive skin is lovely. Waxing is never fun and I know what I’m in for but I am treated gently, very professionally, and with as little discomfort possible.
