I spent the entire pandemic growing out my hair and caring for it. The stylist was even complimenting how healthy my hair was. I asked for a 4-5 inch trim as maintenance. She grabbed a section of my hair and cut twice of what I asked and asked if it was okay…. no going back at that point…. Because if I said no what could she even do??? My hair was originally halfway down my butt and I wanted it to my hips. My hair barely reaches halfway down my back now. She kept angling the mirror down whenever she showed the back to make it look longer but when I looked in the mirror after taking the cape off, I wanted to cry from how short she cut it. I am so disappointed and I feel so cheated because she was so scissor-happy about my long healthy hair. I really miss my hair and I regret coming here. She was even asking to dye my hair and to cut it even more. It’s a nice haircut but not at all what I asked for.

This is the worst place to get a haircut. A lady lied to my husband, telling him that my daughter's hair was in bad condition and that they were just trying to make money. How pitiful and dishonest they used a razor on her hair and it looks very uneven. You guys are taking advantage.

Had one of the best experiences here on Friday. Stopped by with no appointment and they quickly got me in. They were able to get the color I’ve been wanting and nobody had been able to get it done for me. Until…Eric did his thing and did an amazing job. I was so pleased with Eric’s service. Sophia and another young lady assisted and they too, provided amazing customer service. Despite being 3 hours away, I will definitely be returning again!!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve gotten in Chicago unfortunately. A section of my hair in the front was clearly cut several inches shorter than the rest of my bang. With all the choices available in Chinatown I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

Overpriced and not worth it!!! The lady Sharon was in a rush to cut my hair, I was disappointed. Do not recommend this place! I would rather go to another hair salon in the plaza.

The lady said my hair had split ends and needed to trim a bit so I let her do it but it looks like she chopped my hair length by a lot. I am very upset.

im never going to this place ever again. i showed my hair stylist many reference photos and i have straight hair. my mother with curly hair came and the stylist claimed it was harder to do her hair. well seems its hard for her to cut ANY hair. She kept repeating she wasnt gonna change the length of my hair which i strictly stated and i just wanted to layer my hair since it was heavy on top. what does she do? absolutely thing the hell out of my mullet and butcher up my hair on the side. its supoosed to be a short jellyfish haircut without the mushroom shape and now i look like a star trek character two weeks before school. i had a meltdown and cried like ive never cried before. i felt like i was vandalized even though i kept telling her no. kept insisting to cut my bangs and i kept saying no. i then said yes to a small trim AND THEN SHE CUT MY BANGS STRAIGHTLY. like dora bangs straight. when you cut bangs its scissors tip up to lightly snip and not cut straight though. i am absolutely broken. like someone else stated she cut my hair in less than 10minutes and not in a "wow shes good" but in a hastily matter and would switch to another customer. i wish i could go back and tell myself not to visit this place. i went from being confident to feeling embarassed from being seen.
