Very poor customer service. I had been there before because my wife had gone their to do her eyebrows. I did my beard once. Since we just moved I figured we got a new place for family haircuts. Well I showed up at 7:14 pm. It’s states on their sign they close at 8pm. When I tried to open the door it was closed. They all turned around and looked at me like I was not welcomed, especially a man in the middle booth. They could have simply told me it was closed but they just ignored me with this indifferent look. I read the sign again just to be sure and it said 8pm. I didn’t want to jump to conclusions so I thought maybe they only worked by appointment. So I called and the lady said that they closed and that I should get there before 7 for a haircut. I said okay thank you anyways. Let me clear up the fact that they were not full of people waiting there to get haircuts. It takes about 20-30 min for a mans haircut. Not going back me or my family
