Erin, Theresa, and Heather… These three women are the absolute paramount when it comes to waxing. They are all insanely professional and friendly and make a very intimate skin service so relaxing and stress free. The entire spa is IMMACULATE and every staff member I have interacted with is simply awesome. I will not go anywhere else for my skincare.

Jessica is absolutely amazing, For a esthetician to just overall an amazing person of pointing me in the right direction for my skin needs. I’ve been coming to her for my laser treatments and she makes me feel so comfortable. Absolutely recommend Jess!

The sample cream four under the eyes was fantastic. The cost of the items, which seemingly work is somewhat high. It looks like a good product if I could afford it. The staff was extremely friendly add knowledgeable.

Courtney has literally saved my skin. I have more complex needs due to my autoimmune and acne. Courtney literally worked magic on my face. I’ve never felt this pretty or had this much confidence, ever. As for Erin & Theresa, they’re so skilled and so thorough, trust them for all of your waxing needs. My favorite part about these wonderful women, is they support you even when you walk out of the door. They’ll provide you the tips and tricks to maintain everything and really get the most benefits from each service.

Had a facial with Kelly, she was great! But the girls at the front desk not so much. After my facial I went to pay and was told a price that was under the amount that was booked at, so I questioned it, and she said the same amount again while "chatting" with a coworker who was eating at the front desk. I paid in cash and tipped in cash. A hour and half later I'm getting a phone call for the remaining balance owed even though I questioned it at the time of service. I paid in cash to avoid credit card fees, and now I have to pay the balance with the CC on file, including the fees. No apology, no nothing other than the balance needs to be paid. I, as a hairstylist, would have eaten the difference bc it was my mistake, not the customer. Now I won't becoming back due to a lack of professionalism by the front desk staff.

I had my VERY FIRST men's waxing done by Tereasa. I had a ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL experience with Teresa. She was very professional and explained the process step by step. It was a very relaxing and calming atmosphere. I have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend Teresa for all your waxing needs.

Ah, where to start, worth way more than five stars ⭐️ ♾️ Joshua Fields is one phenomenal artist. He’s extremely professional and a super talented, wish I could of met him sooner honestly. Danielle the massage therapist was MAGNIFICENT! Best massage I have ever had in my entire life! She is so intricate with her hands knowing exactly what you body needs! I recommend her immensely for anyone that needs a massage 🩵🩵 Heather also is the best waxing and esthetician I have ever been with! I have been going to see her for 2 years and she never disappoints me! She makes sure I have no hair left anywhere she waxes!! This place puts there heart and soul into making sure you guys enjoy your time and leave with a smile on you face and satisfied with your visit! I can't recommend this place enough. You feel welcome when you walk in the door. Heather, Z and Theresa are all kind and caring people who do phenomenal work. They love their jobs and it shows. Their work is superior to any other spas from here to Tampa, at more reasonable prices.

I had an incredible customized facial yesterday from Kaila! She was so thorough with my dermaplaning add-on and her neck and shoulder massage was amazing. She also had me on their massage sound table and it was so relaxing! Both me and my skin feel so much better after seeing her!!

I love me some Heather. I have been with her for years. I'm now to the point where I'm a regular and she does whatever facial she wants on me and I always get amazing results. The other staff is very friendly too. Definitely a must try.

My Brazilian waxes come out perfect, and the wax they use causes minimal pain. I've seen 3 different estheticians, all were fantastic. Clean, professional, yet personable. I have the pretty kitty membership and come every month.

Very clean place to get your eyebrows waxed. I usually avoid getting them done and just do them myself, but job interview made me reach out to local places and I was extremely impressed with this place!! Appointments only, they also do threading. A lot cleaner than a hair salon by 100% They gave me a very great shape.
