The staff at Eternal Youth Spa, Andrea and Vicky are always so friendly and have made me feel like family. They genuinely care about me as a person. I have been seeing them for years. Alyssa, their newest injector/nurse is phenomenal. I was extremely happy with my latest dysport injection. Best prices in Albuquerque, hands down. Highly recommend

Got laser treatments here in 2018-19. Purchased the year unlimited (like 10 sessions). I was told I should expect 50-70% reduction...NOT the case. I'd say about 30-40%. Really unhappy that I still need to wax my legs after a year of treatments and over $1000 later, maybe more, maybe closer to $1200, can't remember. Either way, not worth it. Agree with other reviewer, I remember the sessions were really rushed and I was doubting it at the time. Well 4 years later I know my feeling was right. I CANNOT recommend based on my experience!

I had a great experience here with Vicky and the front desk staff, and would recommend this spa. I was a bit worried about the reviews I had read, but in fact everyone was professional and very kind, and the fraxel went super well. Vicky and her assistant use a hose of cool air to move along with the laser and it reduces the pain considerably - something no other place I'd been to did. My appointment time was clear, easily confirmed, and the price was as stated in advance. No problems at all. Thank you Vicky and all. See you again when I'm back in Albquerque.

I originally purchased several laser hair removal treatments. During my first treatment, I discussed Fraxel with them and actually spent a lot of money doing Fraxel with them also. My second laser hair removal treatment, I scheduled verbally with the woman at the desk. I'm a CEO- I live and die by my Google calendar and I ALWAYS verbally reconfirm anything someone schedules with me in person. Not to mention the fact that I verbally reconfirmed again at my next appointment the day I did Fraxel treatment. My calendar entry had the procedure, their phone number, their address, the lady's name who did my treatments, everything- Do you honestly think I entered that much detail and didn't put the time in right? Hmm. So I arrived for my appointment- and was promptly told that it was half an hour earlier. And then told they wouldn't reschedule me for a month. I told her I had 2:30, she insisted it was at 2 and told me "We sent you an email". Ok I understand that. But why would I even look at an appointment reminder email for something I have in my calendar AND verbally reconfirmed with your business multiple times on different days at different appointments? Funny that she couldn't even consider that their entry of what they scheduled with me might have been wrong from what I was verbally told by them, more than once, on different days. I was actually really excited about my appointment, because I was going to consult with them about additional treatments. Guess they didn't want my business. I most likely won't be returning, and forfeiting my money already paid for laser hair removal. Super disappointed.

Horrible, before knowing how bad this spa was I recommended lots of family and friends to them. We all started getting lasered at this spa. NONE OF US SEE RESULTS! The staff is friendly but they rush a full body laser service and miss lots of areas! I did about 8 treatments and still don’t see progress! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I had a skin tag the size of a grape on my shoulder that had been getting aggravated and swollen, causing me pain and embarrassment daily. After only one super frecator treatment that cost $30 and lasted about 10 minutes, my skin tag fell off in the following days. The environment here is professional and welcoming, and the staff are kind and informative.

Don't waste your money here! Purchased a groupon for unlimited laser hair removal. I rarely could get in because they said they were booked up or couldn't book that far in advance. She told me the disorganization was due to their receptionist quitting and then her dad being in the hospital.. my sympathies..but that is extremely unprofessional. On top of that they were extremely rude and the treatments did not work. Would not recommend, even with a discount.

Don’t come here! They’re always fully booked months in advance. They schedule me 20 minutes for almost whole body laser hair removal treatments (except for arms) which isn’t enough and they rush with it. Always try to space your appointments out the most and then they have nothing available in case you want to reschedule which makes you miss appointments since the sessions are for a year from the start date regardless of how many you’ve had. Also their laser is so painful ! I tried Bella cosa’s laser which is much more comfortable and works just as well.

I bought a groupon for my wife for two small areas unlimited hair removal. I have done this before with a different spa and the areas covered arm pits, bikini line, etc. Plus at the other spa both armpits counted as just one area. This spa does not include any of these areas, is extremely overpriced, and has horrible customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I came here for laser hair removal and missed ONE appointment on July 13th and I was rescheduled for a later date in September, never once was I late for a previous appt. For laser hair removal you go in every 4-6 weeks, do not ask to go in every 4 weeks they will not let you. I'm not seeing results and I paid for a year of unlimited laser. For this place to do this makes no sense at all I wouldn't recommend this place do not purchase a groupon through them either it's not worth it!

I love this place and have already recommended to few of my friends! The spa is clean and peaceful, I love their waiting room with their comfortable lazy boy sofa. I will update my review when I finish my laser hair removal treatments, but so far, it's been good. I wouldn't recommend doing eyebrows. I don't feel it's been accurate enough for permanent hair removal. I stopped that, and they're doing chin instead. The office is great! It's relaxing and peaceful, and they take excellent care of you. And I've never waited for more than a minute.

This place is super awesome. The staff was really friendly and educational. Anthony was very friendly,helpful, and informative. I had botox done and it has been life changing for me. I definitely recommend this spa to everyone I know especially now around the holidays. Thank you so much for the awesome experience.

I absolutely love this place! Vicky and her staff are amazing! It started with a Groupon for mole/skin tag removal. I had 4 removed on my first visit, 6 removed on my second visit and 9 removed on my third visit. It does sting a little bit but it only takes a few seconds and is totally worth it!! They just scab up and are gone within a week or so. I've had them removed from my armpit, chest, back, leg and next to my ear. It has been money well spent for sure.

Don't go here! Trust when I say don't do it!!!!! I went and got dysport done. Not only did they not have me do any paperwork my face is RUINED. It's totally uneven! The owners are totally unprofessional and they are being very much difficult when I'm requesting my money back. I went to a consult at ideal image and they gave me the bad news that it may not be fixable. I'm devastated. I have bee at home due to embarrassment. Oh and btw ANTHONY did my Dysport.

I have been going to Eternal Youth Medical Spa for three years now and they have done amazing things with my skin. The wrinkles are almost gone.The staff are great. Their lasers are first class and their prices are very competitive. Kudos to EYMS.

I have to agree with the negative reviews! I went in one time a while back, and the women who owns it wears a white lab coat and calls herself Doctor! Unfortunately, she has a PHD in EDUCATION not MEDICAL. SCARY!

I do not recommend this place. They really work a scam using the Groupons. I have purchased the botox Groupon twice with a guaranteed amount. I had the same experience as another reviewer. I have purchased Botox for several years from other Doctors' offices before and know exactly how much I need and use on a regular basis. The groupon covers the exact amount I normally use. However, once the get you in they tell you that you need more to get the results and amount you want and I ended up paying more $160 to be exact, both times. I became suspicious after the amount was the same and went back and looked at the Groupon. I had to pay more money for the same amount already paid for on the Groupon. I will never return to this place. As stated by other reviewers getting a call back is difficult and sometimes you have to call several times to make an appointment. Overall, this place is a scam and the folks running it are dishonest, and running a fraud with the groupons.

I first came to EYMS for a consultation on how the laser hair removal worked. I was looking for another solution to really bad ingrown hairs on my bikini line because they continued to get worse the doctor had no solution for me. So my mom mentioned EYMS because she had come in with a Groupon for laser hair removal and she loved the work she got done. When I first came in Vicky was so welcoming and willing to help! She has done an amazing job on all my laser hair removal treatments and next I'm going to try the cool sculpting in order to help with my efforts of getting in shape! I'm 22 and everything I've done/doing at EYMS is only going to improve my life syle and self esteem in the future!! Thank you Vicky and everyone at EYMS for the amazing work you do!!

Terrible Medical Spa, i wouldn't even call it a Medical Spa. I bought a living social for one year unlimited laser hair removal. After the initial appointment, they have not been able to schedule my second appointment for more than 3 months. Then they said, they could get me in another month (so 4 months total), and we are doing you a favor !! Excuse me, am i not paying for my service, so how are you doing me a favour. I scheduled that appointment, thinking i have no choice-- only to get a call 15 minutes before my appointment that their machine was broken, (but ironically my friend had her appointment that day and machine was working fine) Very unprofessional mother, daughter and granddaughter team. Save your money and GO ANYWHERE, BUT HERE !!!

This place is really awesome! it crazy how much of a difference you feel & see once you're seen here. I had acne scars from back in high school, no lie, it gets to you as you get older, although I am only in my early 30's i want to look my best no matter where i go. I checked this place out, and wow what a huge difference I am seeing. From taking pictures, to getting compliments, you feel truly amazing. The biggest WOW you will feel is when you look into the mirror everyday for whatever reason. I am truly glad I chose this place for my skin care & strongly recommend this to anyone needing a change in the way they might want to look.

$2600 later… still shaving every day. There were red flags from the beginning. I called more than once to make an appointment for a consultation, even left a message, and did not receive a call back. Went to the clinic in person, and was told they had been calling me and left messages (and yes, they did have my phone number right). Hm. I was then taken in for the consultation for laser hair removal. During the consultation, I was obliquely asked what I do for a living, before being quoted a price. I ended up buying a laser hair removal package and was told then (November 2010) that I would be ready for the following summer after the 6-8 treatments. Two years later (November 2012), I had received 14 treatments and was still shaving every day. As it turns out, I was never a candidate for laser hair removal because my hair is too light. Rather than tell me this up front (i.e. the ethical thing to do), they sold me the package and then repeatedly told me that I just needed more treatments when I complained at each appointment that I was not seeing results. And this is to say nothing about the rude, dismissive, and profoundly unprofessional customer service there. Save your money and your dignity and go somewhere else.

Fraud involving the Living Social Botox deal is the reason I gave this unethical spa such a low mark. I have gotten botox before (at a different spa) and normally get 20-25 units of botox in the certain area on my face. When I saw the amazing 20 units of botox deal on Living Social I bought it right away. When I went in they tried to get me to buy more units. I told them that 20 units would be enough and I didn't want to buy any extra units. Once I went home I waited one week for the botox to kick in but the part of my face it got botox in was still very flexible. I could tell that maybe 5 or 10 units of botox was injected into the area but not 20 units as was advertised. DO NOT BUY THE LIVING SOCIAL DEAL! Not worth it! This company is very deceptive and involved in fraudulent behavior! Stay away!
