I did walk in and was immediately welcomed with a warm smile. Addis is amazing stylists and great person. Will definitely come back once I touch down in Dallas again!

Please avoid this salon by all means necessary. Worst salon in DFW Area. Yes the customer is horrible. The worst part is that they don’t know how to do hair. They charge $120 for this nonsense.

I called Addis on a Sunday and asked if someone is working on the next day Monday. She said she will get in for me at 10AM. I drove 30 plus minute to the hair salon and the salon was closed. I called several times and send her text. No response. I waited for an hour and left. I don’t understand how people don’t respond and explain their unavailability. New people to this place, take caution

I had a great experience at this hair salon. Addis is very kind and welcoming. She took me last minute even though she was closing soon. Gave me the results I was looking for and also amazing hair tips! Will be coming back for sure!

The worst hair dresser I have ever had. My hair that I had spent years to grow and to keep it healthy because of this unprofessional woman now it’s damaged and unmanageable. She brushed my hair like she never care and i noticed half of my hair over the floor. I asked her if it was my hair she side it wasn’t, it was the hair from other customers, apparently she was lying and she side the floor wasn’t cleaned all day. Unprofessional I wished I read the reviews before I get my hair damaged!!!😣

I would give 0 stars if I could customer service is bad. They did my hair wrong and they charged us for washing our hair $10 each over all it was very expensive. I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody very disappointed.

Konjet was wonderful! She squeezed me in last min, was super friendly and knowledgeable! She also gave me some hair advice that no one has ever given me before. Will definitely recommend and return.
