I love Olivia! She is very professional and has good taste. I had a very specific color to dye in mind but didn't have specific photos for reference, but Olivia understood perfectly what I wanted and the color turned out great. I got so many appraises throughout the last week about my hair. Will definitely come back to her in the future!

I booked a last-minute appointment today via their website. Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed by my stylist, Yayoi. I shared some images for inspiration and explained how I wanted my bangs. Each time I requested to trim them a bit shorter, Yayoi patiently adjusted them and checked how it looked. She was incredibly professional and gentle, taking the time to share styling tips with me. In the end, I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out!

If I could I would give this a 0 stars. As a frequent customer, I have always enjoyed my visits, and this was my third time coming in. I usually have my hair done by Jisun, but this time I was attended to by Kimmy Lee. I came in for a color refresh since I had dyed my hair red about two months ago with Jisun. During my appointment, Kimmy informed me that my hair needed color correction due to damage and required bleaching in order to achieve the desired red/burgundy shade. I initially thought the process would be similar to my previous experience, but due to a language barrier, I agreed without fully understanding the implications. Unfortunately, this appointment turned out to be quite different from my past experiences. I spent over four hours in the salon, during which my scalp began to burn. I had two assistants working on my hair while Kimmy frequently stepped away to attend to other clients, making me feel somewhat neglected. I expressed my discomfort about my burning scalp, and they eventually washed the color out. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially since it was my birthday. Additionally, I was not informed of the price until the end of my appointment. Given the poor experience and the unsatisfactory color outcome, I felt that the $500 charge was not justified. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope that my feedback can help improve future experiences for all customers.

I’m shocked at all the 5 star lies on yelp. At least there are some honest 1 star reviews on Google. Nobody acknowledged that I walked through the door. The stylist was rude and unprofessional. They keep your card information on file for cancelled appointments. For what reason? The salon is empty. This place has facade of high end but their quality is worse than Supercuts.

Came here after so many good reviews. My first cut with Olivia was great. So for my second cut I trusted her to do the same. However this time she didn’t listen to any of my requests. We agreed on 2 inches off but it was more like 4-5 inches. I didn’t get the side bangs I wanted and the curtain bangs did not frame my face nicely like the last time. Unfortunately, expected consistency and professionalism especially with the price tag. Wish I read the other bad reviews before coming, looks like it has happened to others!

I came in on a Friday morning to get my usual haircut with Olivia! I’ve been getting my haircuts with her for over 3 years now and I can confidently say she’s the only one I trust with my hair. I show her pictures of what I want and explain what I’m looking for and she always delivers the best results. She’s always so kind whenever I come in and I always appreciate her meticulous attention to detail with every strand of hair. I’ll definitely continue coming for my hair needs with Olivia in the future years ahead. P.s. she gives the best head massages during hair washes !!

I got a magic straight perm with Olivia, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I came in a bit nervous, having my hair chemically damaged by this treatment at a different salon. But Olivia put my mind at ease right away. She paid such close attention to my hair’s condition. The results turned out amazing! I’m thrilled to have finally found a stylist I can trust and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I was looking forward to finally try this salon. I had been going to another stylist regularly but couldn’t get in on short notice so I figured it was time to well- what a mistake. Salon: clean and spacious. Service was friendly. Haircut: a good test of a good stylist is for them to look at your face, ask some questions re lifestyle and style preferences, and see what recommendations they have. My stylist, whom has been highly reviewed here, had some great ideas. I literally let her do what she wanted- cut as much as you want, etc. During the cut, I was looking down at my phone catching up on emails and was shocked to be done in 15 minutes. When I saw the hair cut, it looked cute, shorter, and overall it was fine. It was slightly styled so it looked good; I didn’t examine it in detail. I paid and left. Then I got home, and brushed out the waves and noticed some bug chunks that were completely missed. Right in the front too! I was dismayed. No wonder the cut was so fast. They made the fasted $100+tip for the least amount of work of all time. Congrats. I had to fix my own hair and will never go back. A good hair salon should be judged on consistency to deliver quality cuts. Stylists don’t need to be the most imaginative… but get the basics right. I waited a while to write this to see if I’d still feel this way months later and considering I’m still finding random chunky strands in my hair and trimming it myself- clearly I feel like I’ve been ripped off or pranked.

I've gotten my hair cut twice now with Tiara and will definitely keep coming back! The salon atmosphere is also so pleasant - it's clean and modern, and a pretty large open space. The staff takes great care of you and I've also been very happy with the haircuts I've gotten. Tiara has such a good understanding of my hair type (straight/thin) to cut and style it in such a flattering way. Is this place going to be the cheapest haircut in LA? Definitely not, but for the experience and results I find it to be worth it, especially since I don't get my hair cut often. Bonus - easy parking in Koreatown and walkable to a lot of other nearby businesses and a grocery store.

Olivia is just truly the kindest, sweetest, most competent stylist out there! She’s so professional and even though I don’t speak Korean, her English was good enough to give me helpful tips to keep up my digital perm. Her attention to detail is unmatched! I came to her to get help fixing a bad perm I got in Denver - she and her team far exceeded all my expectations! I was so impressed by her efficiency and skill. Honestly, it is so worth it to me to fly out from Colorado to come see her again.

I don't live in LA so when i booked online, I didn't know who to choose. I just booked with who was available at the time I wanted. The system booked a hair cut with Yayoi and she was very Nice, Gentle and Listened to what I wanted. She took her time to cut and go little by little to make sure that I like it before doing it. I explained to her about my front hair being thin, so I don't want to thin it out or shorten it but I still want layers. She definitely understood the assignment! I also like that she made my layers more soft and not choppy. I like my layers to look like I have no layers vs the drastic choppy look. She executed what I wanted well. I had not let anyone give me layers in 9 years because every stylist I had gone to always butcher my layers. Yayoi did a great job on my hair and I would definitely recommend her. The salon was very clean and nice. Side note: there is a stylist, who I don't know her name but I know she had blonde and pink hair. She is very rough. When my stylist was drying my hair, the lady was a team player and came to help dry my hair. My stylist did not ask for help and I know that the pink hair lady was just being a team player but she was very rough. She was tugging my hair to where I can feel like my hair was coming out. I was terrified that she might be pulling out a lot of my hair. So if you book with her, just tell her to be gentle.

Probably the worst experience I ever had. I showed the guy the picture (picture 1) and it looks like he did not look at the picture at all. It took him literally about 3 minutes to cut the upper part and he was just cutting off whatever he wants without looking at the length not referring to the picture. The worst $60 spent and the haircut I got is picture 2. Even a $10 express cut can do much better.

A friend recommended Olivia and I'm so glad I went to her! I loved the haircut she gave me and my hair is so much healthier after the color refresh. I walked out of the salon with a perfect blowout. The salon itself is conveniently located and I like how they have lockers for your bags/stuff.

Duna is the best! I have gotten multiple hair cuts & C-curl perms from her for the past two years. She is very sweet/through/detailed & knows exactly what you want. She communicates with you throughout the process to make sure to get the right style. I love her!

I was overdue for a root touch up so it took some time to get my hair back in perfect condition. Aria and her assistant were a delight! This was my second visit and it was a a seamless experience. They did a great job and I highly recommend her! The atmosphere and cleanliness of the salon is top knotch !!!

Im writing this review as I’m sitting in my Uber omw home and OH MY GOD!??? I didn’t expect my hair to turn out that good, Im in awh😩😩😩😩. Olivia and her assistant did such a good job, they make sure I feel comfortable and have everything that I needed. I can confirm that the prices are a bit high for a person who lives in OC, but this is LA and I enjoy every last bit of this appointment. Top tier services, amazing outcomes and the best vibe so far. Im so in love 😤

Olivia is the best hair stylist/designer ever! I’ve been going to her for the past 4+years and she never disappoints. Every time I get my hair done, she does amazing job! She would tell me the styles that would fit me the best, and I get compliments every time I do my hair with Olivia. I’ve done C-curl perm, magic straight perm, digital perm, root perm, colors, haircuts, etc and I’ve been so satisfied with the outcome every time. I highly recommend Olivia!

Elisha is the best! I have visited her three times for an iron perm and several times for men's haircuts. Elisha has an incredible eye for detail and employs amazing techniques. Compared to other stylists, she truly stands out and has consistently delivered fantastic results. I always receive compliments on her work! I genuinely look forward to my appointments with Elisha because I know that I'll have a wonderful experience and leave feeling confident and happy with my look. The salon has a great atmosphere, and I feel very well taken care of. Elisha is so talented that even after I moved to Michigan for graduate school, I always make sure to book an appointment with her as my first stop when I come back home. My appointment with Jay is at 10am. It's 10:50am now. I still don't see him yet. I was going to cut my hair and maybe dye or perm for my bday party later this week... I have another appointment at 2pm. I don't know if I can get anything done today. The staffs were kindly trying to help and half washed my hair... but I cannot even leave like this ..... Feel terrible :(

Came in for my first haircut in probably 18 months while visiting the city and had my hair done by Tiara. She was exceptional in the way she shaped my hair while still accomplishing the look I initially intended, giving more attention to detail than recent hairdressers I’ve come across. Everybody was incredibly hospitable, and the atmosphere itself was great. Will definitely have to come back when in the city!
