Always a great experience at Euphoria Nails - the atmosphere, expertise of the technicians. A little more expensive than some nail salons, but it's worth it because it's closest to my home.

Horrible experience. Have been here multiple times and the service has always been great and I always ask for the same thing, to keep my mail shape the same and shorten. However this time around the gentleman at table 20 completely changed the shape of me real nail, when asked him to fix it and showed him a picture of my original shape he looked at it for a second and kept on going while talking to the owner. At the end they were going to charge me for dip, nail trim and shape. Wouldn’t have had to pay for shape but since he completely ruined my shape I was being charged. Another lady tried to fix it but damage was done and wasn’t about to set for another hour to remove and redo. They charged me the same regardless of my voice of dislike and frustration and only took off the $5 shape charge. Won’t be back again.

I have been going to this salon for 2 years but this is the first time I have a complaint. Cindy has always been the one who gave me waxing job but she wasn’t in today. And I have to go to an invitation, so I let whoever was available to wax me. When she finished, my skin is very painful and it is discolored. Now I have to cancel where I was supposed to go because I can’t go looking like this plus it is still painful.

I never get white toe nail polish but going on a cruise I wanted something that would POP. I walked in asking for white when they asked me to pick out a color. When I sat down and the lady came to begin she asked me what color I wanted and I told her white. She said no, that white was so ugly and I should get a different color. I told her again I wanted white and she again said no then went on and on and on about how I should get a different color. She came over with a pink and said to try it, I agreed but was extremely hesitant. Once on the pink looked nude and blended with my skin tone. I HATED it! I wanted my toes to POP and she convinced me to get this ugly color that blended in. She stood up to put her stuff away and when another worker was coming by I asked him if there was any way we could change the color. The color looked so ugly. I’m usually someone who doesn’t speak up and will just agree with these pushy people but not this time. I literally wanted to cry from how ugly the color she picked was! She came back to me super pissed off, red face saying I should have spoken up before… so I spoke up yet again and I told her that I had asked for white multiple times! TF?? I would come here at least once a month for a pedi… never again. There’s so many other nail salons in the area!

BUYERS BEWARE !!! I went to the establishment like any other particular time I haven’t patronizing them for years. From the time I walked through the door I was cuddled and rushed and hurried . I Have gone to notice that the price seem to seem a little increased or kept changing so I now ask what the price was going to be BEFORE I allow them to do my nails quote $150 ( Basic petty with select polish takeoff with new set set)and this included a design. Upon check out, I went to the register and it said 125 which would’ve been the appropriate price since I sat there so long I had the old nails ripped from my nail bed instead of being soaked off, then nothing that I asked for was even being done as far as the style of nail. I didn’t even urge the young lady to give me the designs. I was the last person to leave .Within a matter of seconds, the price went back up to 146 I was being charged when I didn’t even get a design. All I had was a basic pedicure polish to my toes takeoff and a set the explanation I was given was that I used three different polishes. This is not OK we cannot continue to go into these places and spend our monies that we have worked hard for only to be cheated By the establishment that we saw ourselves so faithful to us that I would never be back and that I would warn people about the deceptive Business practices, and the fact that they may even be till tipping( Charging one extra and keeping the funds for themselves). Stay away from this place I guarantee you you’ll be overcharged for everything. I will also be writing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau

Came in almost an hour before close and I asked if there was availability for a manicure. They checked me in without an issue. They even asked me what service I wanted and guided me to choose a color. I then sat for well over 30 minutes without a word before one of the employees came over and asked me if I wanted to reschedule for the next day because they were closing soon. Wasted 45 minutes of my time when I could have gone somewhere else. Definitely will not return to this salon.

The young man Steve does not know how to properly cut nails down! I tried to talk to the Manager & she gives excuses because he is the same guy who messed up before. Instead of giving me a technician who is experienced, I got this guy. Nice young man but not good work. I came in with my REAL LONG NAILS & now they are short, round & ugly. Do nor recommend
