I scheduled an appointment for a 5 1/2 hour spa day only to show up and discover that my appointment was never set up. A couple of weeks before the appointment, I called and talked for 5 minutes to one of the co-owners about modifying the massage for a prenatal massage, nail options, lunch, etc. I was excited to try this place and not to mention this was a much needed spa day as my due date is next week. I'm disappointed in the customer service, especially since the owner is the one who took my call to set up the appointment. She didn't even put my name in the system. Needless to say, unfortunately, I will not be patronizing this place. Update: I won't dwell on this--what's done is done. There was no mention of childcare-I did not need childcare. The last thing that was said was "ok I've got you down for..." confirming my appointment.

I’ve been coming for years to get my haircut, and I can say that Jordan does an excellent job every time. She is very detail oriented and is always able to perfectly execute what I ask for. I can tell she is passionate about what she does, and I am always excited to get a haircut from her. Can’t recommend her enough!

My Hydrafacial with Abbagail was so relaxing and refreshing! The customer service was great, and I left with my skin feeling glowy and hydrated. I highly recommend dermaplaning for anyone who wants their skin to feel smoother and brighter. I will definitely book here again!

I was gifted a full day spa treatment a few years ago and loved every service that was provided. I needed a haircut and Addie was available so I got a wonderful haircut and have seen her regularly since. I have very naturally curly hair and she is very good at making sure I have the right cut for my hair type and face shape. I’m always thrilled when she cuts and styles my hair.

Jordan recently cut my hair at EBW and all I can say is that she is phenomenal! I have very complicated hair with a double crown and side cow-licks. She was able to blend it all together and even cut out the grays, making my hair more brown and youthful at my 55 years of age. Jordan is truly passionate in her craft and I will be booking with her exclusively in the future.
