I have been going for years and it’s because, to put it simply, this place rocks! I recommend European Skincare anytime someone is in town and wanting a skincare treatment. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. I had an oxygen facial with Rachel today and it was especially wonderful.

I booked a 55 minute facial and also a facial wax. Rather than "add on" my wax to my 55 minutes they included it in that time but charged me for both. My facialist was very nice and did a nice job but I feel I should not have been cut short for my facial because I had an additional procedure booked.

I had my first ever facial done by Rachel today and it was AMAZING! After a brief consult, we decided that the hydrofacial with dermaplaning would be a good place to start given it was my first time ever getting a facial. It was very relaxing and she explained everything she was doing to my face before doing it. I already cannot wait for my next visit.

Valerie gives an AMAZING sports massage! I highly recommend for anyone with an injury or chronic pain issues. She was able to manipulate my hip with stretches that allowed her to get deeper into my problem areas, and this is the first morning in quite some time I’ve woken up pain free. I will definitely keep visiting her!

Warning-----I purchased a Spa Experience III package during their open house in December 2023. The package included three services, mango body scrub, swedish massage, and a deep cleansing facial. A week prior to my appointment, I decided that I wanted to upgrade the facial to the Anti-Aging Facial which has a price difference of $15 at regular price. The cost of the Anti Aging is $100 compared to the price of $85 dollars for the Deep Cleansing Facial. So I made the phone call to the Spa and asked if I could upgrade to the Anti Aging Facial. The receptionist told me that I could upgrade because the time limit would be the same. So she changed it in the system. So I expected to pay the difference of what I paid for the Deep Cleansing Facial which sold at little less than $85 which the package since it was 20% off. After the appointment, when checking out, I was charged the full $100 for the Anti Aging Facial rather than the price difference. When I complained to the ASSISTANT Manager she said it was POLICY that they did not allow upgrades to Spa Packages purchased at their open houses, that I had to pay full price for the facial. I told her that is not fair because I paid for 3 services already and was being charged for a 4th service, but only received 3 services. The Asst. Mgr. kept saying I am sorry that is our POLICY. I told her it was a matter of principal, that I am having to pay for 2 facials, but I only received one. She finally said that I would have a credit on the books for a Deep Cleansing Facial that I could use another time. Well, I don't want the Deep Cleansing Facial as I don't care for that one so I would never use it. The Asst. Mgr. said that was the way it is and that is Policy. The Asst. Mgr. never relented to do the right thing and charge me the difference only. She did give me a 20% discount on the Anti Aging Facial, but that does not make up for the money I spent since I paid for 2 facials and will ever get the other one. Employees should be informed and instructed to tell customers that upgrades are not allowed to Spa Packages when purchased, that they will have to pay full price for the upgraded service rather than paying the price difference. It also bothered me that they did not tell me when checking out that I had $45 worth of points to use for the purchase of products or services. Since the Assistant Manager did NOT do the right thing and charge me the difference on the facials, I will NEVER use this spa again. I feel that I was ripped off and that maybe this spa is having financial difficulties and they need all the dollars they can get.

I really want to love this place and I’ve been a customer for years and spent a lot of money here. I will say that the services are usually great, which is why I gave 3 stars, but they expect their customers to value them more than they value us. I bought a package ($1000+) for laser hair service and I asked how it would work if I needed more sessions than the package. I was told point blank by the lady booking it that I wouldn’t need more services and it wouldn’t be an issue. Here I am now individually paying for additional sessions (3 additional so far). It’s a lot of money, but I didn’t put up too much of a fuss because I understand mistakes happen. Nonetheless that’s an expensive mistake and it has bothered me, but I decided to just drop it. I booked another laser hair session and a facial for this week. I called the day before and asked to reschedule because I’ve had some family things come up. I’m told that since I have 2 services booked then it’s a 48 hour cancellation policy which was not mentioned at the time I booked or in my confirmation notifications (it is on their website but who is checking for that if you spoke to someone directly and are going frequently?). I ask what the cancellation fee is and they tell me half the scheduled service costs (which would probably be close to $200). For a customer who has never complained, no showed or had to reschedule. I brought this up and was told I need to respect their time more. There have also been at least two instances where they incorrectly booked my services, which shouldn’t have been difficult because I just booked the same thing as the prior months, but they were not able to accommodate what I actually booked. I did not complain or make a fuss because mistakes do happen. But again, as a repeat customer spending increasingly more money there, I am expected to be understanding and show them grace when they mess up, but they can’t even work with me to RESCHEDULE (not even cancel) an appt the day before. Seems out of balance. I will miss some of the services provided but I am just done and will not be back.

I went in today for a consultation and as soon as I walked in was told I needed to have my temperature taken. STRIKE 1 After that I was ASKED BY AN EMPLOYEE IF I WAS VACCINATED. . . . as a business, you're not allowed to ask that. STRIKE 2 I told them I'm not sharing that information with you. Finally, I was looked at in disgust, the employee proceeded to grab a mask out of a bowl with tweezers and placed it in front of me saying I needed to wear it. . . .UHHHHHH NO, PER GOVERNOR ABBOTT, YOU CAN NOT DO THAT. I will be filing a complaint online today for this business as they are enforcing a mask/vaccine mandate that Abbott said they do not have the right to do. Totally Disappointed, this place looked so nice and is super close to my house.
