My waxer did not talk to me the entire time. I was getting a brazilian and I have had multiple, yet this was my most uncomfortable session.. i know waxing is not completely pain free, however she was very aggressive and not very welcoming. i left the appointment sore, and i am still sore the next day. I’ve never experienced this kind of pain from a brazilian before, and I was very disappointed.

On Saturday December 28, 2024 @11:43, I contacted the location to schedule an appt for 1:00 pm, I got there sooner then 1:00, therefore, I contacted the location again at 1:10 to see if I could be seen prior to 2:00 and I was asked how soon I could get there, I said I’m outside and can walk in, at this time my appt was changed to 1:30. I walked inside the establishment at 1:14 and waited to be seen. Shortly afterwards someone came in to be seen and waited. It’s 1:34 and I haven’t been seen or made aware of what’s going on with my appt. The lady who came in after me was pulled back by the same specialist that I was there to see. Even still at this time, NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME. I waited a few mins later and at 1:38 I went to my car to wait until the initial 2:00 appt before simply leaving. I went back in at 1:53, and at 1:54 the receptionist said “let me go see if she’ll see you”. Moral of my story, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TAKEN A HIT AT THIS LOCATION. I have been a customer for a couple years now and this is the 3rd negative experience that I’ve had and to know that a manager was involved is horrible. This is why businesses lose great customers. I will search for somewhere else to take my business where I’d be appreciated and customer service and the customer experience is much better. Jocklyn is ALWAYS amazing.! I started seeing Jocklyn once another wax specialist I saw left the company. I have been a loyal customer for the past couple of years now and sadly the service has gone down. Based on my experience on 12/28/24, EWC may NEVER see me again. Communication is everything and it’s horrible when the manager and sales associates at the front desk do not know how to communicate.
