Kimberly was AMAZING, she was nothing but friendly and did an awesome job on my brows. The receptionist on the other hand was sub-par.. I would give her one star if I could.. I came for my first free visit and made sure to confirm that before I went back.. she confirmed but after the service was over the receptionist said she couldn’t apply the coupon and would need to collect money … I couldn’t afford the service at that time and told her she should have said something before I went back this is why I confirmed. It made the entire experience sour for me and I’m not sure I’ll go back even when I have the funds to pay for it . I wish the manager would have at least reached out with the resolution and apologized for the confusion. But I’m not gonna give Kimberly any less than 5 stars because of my experience with the receptionist. She’s too amazing for that and if I do go back I’ll definitely want her! She’s great! 2/5/25: follow up from my previous post. I received a phone call from the manager today regarding my concerns. She asked all about it and how she can make it right. She also assured me that this would be a coachable moment for the receptionist and that she would address the concern. She more than addressed my concerns and made me feel very valued and that the money didn't even matter really and it was my experience that mattered the most and she valued me as a customer and wanted me to have the best experience possible. She was very regretful that I didn't have that and she apologized profusely on behalf of the receptionist. I was very pleased with the service and very pleased with the follow up. I cannot say enough about the management of this place and of Kimberly again. She then offered to schedule me a four week appointment for my brows again with Kimberly and offered me a morning appointment which I was thrilled with and I took! I'm very satisfied with how this all resolved. They made me feel valuable and welcomed and I'm glad to say that I will be going back:) this place is awesome. It has been very hard for me to find a clean facility with great service that has provided a waxing service that has not made me break out. This place not only does that but they provided great customer service and follow up on issues that I brought up. I cannot say enough about it!

Kim is always so so wonderful! She not only always does a great job on the wax, she also goes above & beyond to make sure you feel comfortable which I think is a huge part of the process.

I'm only giving 5 stars because of my technician Jamie. I leave my appointments having experience the upmost professionalism accompanied by outstanding service. Every time! Jamie is a perfectionist who takes pride in her work. She is the absolute best!

Tori did an amazing job waxing & tinting my brows. She took her time and explained everything to me. She made sure I understood the process before she started. And she made sure that I was happy with the result before I left. I will be seeing her again in about four weeks and I’m gonna bring my mother.
