i’ve been coming here for some time now for brazilian waxes and i always see julie. she is absolutely amazing, i always have a 10/10 experience with her. she is so welcoming and always makes me feel comfortable during our appointments. my last visit before this most recent one i was unable to get an appointment with my usual waxer julie so i saw someone else who told me she was the manager at the center and i believe her name started with an N. my experience was not up to the standards i have had from waxes with my usual girl. during the wax it was quite painful, i was super red and swollen for a few days after, and i developed a ton of ingrown hairs from my hair not fully being ripped out from the root in certain areas. unfortunately, my experience with her was not totally positive and i found it to be less than ideal. other than that, i always have a great, smooth experience with julie and would recommend her to anyone!

Heather is wonderful! She’s nice and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. I usually hate my brows after getting them done anywhere but she did amazing!

KELSEY! KKEELLSSEEYY! I have been waxed by numerous estheticians and wax technicians over the last 15 years, but none of them are as good as Kelsey. I really mean that. She's literally the only reason EWC gets my business and a 5-star rating. I really want to tell you all the truth about my thoughts about their business and their over-priced products, but I won't because I like Kelsey too much. I'm literally only writing this review FOR Kelsey because I love her and she gets a bonus if customers write reviews... kind of crappy to bribe customers into reviews, isn't it? Anyways - To EWC, I hope you know how many people only patronize your business b/c of Kelsey. She has earned you far more money than your measly bonus could ever thank her for. I hope you consider a permanent raise or something. To the people who want an honest review - I'm sorry I couldn't give you that, read between the lines, and if you do decide to go to EWC, request Kelsey. You're in good hands with her.

Madison was very friendly and easy to work with. She helped fix up my eyebrows and had me feeling better about how they looked. The other staff themselves were friendly, including the receptionist, Emma. The place was very clean and had a good atmosphere/aesthetic to it. This was my first time and I have all intentions to go back and try more stuff out soon!

This was my first time going for a wax and I had the best experience! This was the first time in 10+ years of getting my eyebrows waxed that I was listened to about the shape and style I wanted. Gracie is the best! I will never go elsewhere!

I generally just see who is available because everyone does such a good job. I do have to say however that this time my eyebrows look especially great…best they have looked in years! I will be trying to stay with Gracie exclusively moving forward.
