New name, Kim Nails...I followed Joe here but everyone & every experience I've had so far has been great. I come to get my nails done by Joe but I love their Spa Pedis too. I LOVE the ambiance & vibe

Fast and precise! I have my nails shaped before my pedicure and they continued working on them during my pedicure. They were fast but meticulous.

Everytime I go into this place it be empty which is skeptic and I also get charged different prices for the same service. However I only have had pedicures here. They charged me $50 for a pedicure this time and it was basic and the next day the polish was chipping off. I'll have to find a better nail salon

They use old/exp nail polish that doesn't apply evenly and over file the acrylic (it shouldnt hurt) and it came out lumpy. they also use a Sand blaster on your feet that doesn't appear to ever get cleaned

Horrible service didnt listen to anything i wanted gave me the completely wrong color then said it looked different cause the display model was old and faded that would have been nice to know before he started my nails. Also, i asked for sns and they did acrylic. I was charged 55. When i called the next day i was told it would be 35 -_- i really dislike this place. It i could give zero stars i would stay away and save your money!!

I came and scheduled and appointment for my daughter and I to get our nails done. We get here and two other people was here getting there nails done. My daughter was able to get her nails done. But not once they asked me if I was getting my nails done. After the fact I came to scheduled early today. Never again I will come and give my service. They don’t even deserve not 1 star. 🤔🤨😠😤😡

I had my nails done a week ago. I spent $80 for a full solar set and pedicure, my nails are already lifting one just popped off. The dayi got them my fingers burned I had 9 cuts along my cuticles and my fingers were sore due to him being so careless. My big toe got a horrible ingrown because of the way the lady cut my nails, very unfriendly noone greeted or even acknowledged me when it was time to go. Totally defeats the purpose of an enjoyable pampering experience. Not to mention I wasted 80 now that I have to go get a whole new set a week in due to several of them lifting. I would not reccomend this place.

Rude lady in the front, and also with employees...I have been going to this place for years and never had to deal with this lady but i had her. She refused to do my nails when I asked her not to file my nails. She flipped out started yelling and told me, "NO", and told me to leave. WILL NEVER RETURN!

Simon did my pedicure and he did great!!! Pregnancy has taken a toll on my skin and my feet have been sooo rough, he took his and removed all the dead skin. I will return again thanks to Simon.

Staff really do a great job with nails 💅 pedicure and eyebrows. I had a full set done one week before Thanksgiving. I didn't return until one week after the New Year. No a one nail was broken. This nail salon do an amazing job. I can honestly say that they are really good.
