Great hair product selection

Currently staying in Manhattan and this was the nearest beauty supply. A little overpriced compared to Queens and Brooklyn stores but the customer service is probably the best I’ve seen from beauty supplies in the city. The gentleman in the front seems rather knowledgeable about haircare, is attentive unlike most beauty supply employees, and made recommendations based on my condition. The owner is rather patient and great at multitasking too. A lot of products too ranging from affordable to high end, big brand to independent brands. I will make this one of my go-to supply stores simply because the environment is superb, it balances the prices out haha.

This store has everything lol it’s one of the best beauty stores I’ve been to. I don’t even go to Sally’s anymore because this place has a much larger selection

Just the same lowest price I could find online with everything I needed. Utensils and disposable products seem even cheaper. The staffs were also very helpful with great customer service, there was a small mistake on my receipt and they fixed it right when I came back. I'm definitely visiting again.

Don’t come here. The moment you enter the store, they start hunting you down like you are a criminal. I couldn’t even purchase the wig I wanted because one of the employees was watching me at every moment. Prior to closing, she asks me if I need help finding anything else, but when two white women entered the store, she didn’t address them. The store manager is also a racist. A Chinese lady. One day I was purchasing a hair gel, and she was convinced that I was going to steal it although she was right in front of me at the cash register! Never coming back here again. If you are a person of color, stay away. They will stalk you!

They're very nice and helpful at the store, but it is so overpriced even for NYC standards. Over $30 for one bottle of top coat when I can get a set of the same brand for $10 online.

bought a towel for $4.35 and got charged for $43.50 on my credit card, called the store 30 minutes after and they told me they had no idea what i was talking about and that i had to come back in to correct the mistake that they made on their end. manager on the line was rude and not helpful, and when i came in, they told me they had to check the video cameras for “proof” and because the video cameras were broken right now, couldn’t refund me until they got them fixed. terrible level of customer service for a mistake on their end that i shouldn’t have been asked to come in again about, and once i did come back in they couldn’t even fix the problem. manager even had the audacity to ask me to come in AGAIN later for what should’ve been an easy refund and fix over the phone. i’ve literally never had a worse experience at any store in my life. DO NOT COME HERE.

very big in selection and this the one beauty store that do not follow me around as i try to pick out my items which makes me wanna shop here all the time. They have everything you need!

Everything is well organized, clean, and good options. However it’s all very overpriced. For the same items I bought here, each time I ended up seeing them for $20 less at Ulta, Sephora, even Amazon. I get that you have overhead to pay but this is honestly exorbitant prices. One staff person there is very rude and always tries to up-sale you into buying more expensive items you don’t need and if you try to disagree or not buy what she suggests then she becomes cold and rude. I’m always open to suggestions but that shouldn’t determine professionalism. Things that are accurately priced are things like hair dye and hair equipment, everything else, not really. I bought a tiny travel/tester olaplex set and they charged $70 but it was only $50 at ulta, I bought hair and it was $55 per pack for 16in. So I’d only go here if it was absolutely necessary, otherwise you’re better off elsewhere. Owners are kind. But just not worth the price.

This store had EVERYTHING that I was looking for and more. I was very impressed by the selection of products, accessories, wigs and tools. The customer service was amazing, the staff were so helpful and kind. I’m excited to come back :)

This place is great, especially considering it’s in Times Square. They have great staff who are super helpful. Vanessa is particular was so kind and knew exactly what we needed even when we weren’t sure ourselves.

they don’t tell u prices over the phone (very weird), didn’t ask me if i needed a bag and charged me a quarter for a bag i didn’t need. was followed around not even 5 minutes into walking into the store. security asked me twice if i needed help the second time i asked him to hold the bundles of hair i was holding. at this point if i wanted to get racially profiled id just stay closer to home and go to a cheaper beauty supply store in brooklyn. will not be back

I love this beauty supply store. This store is really nice and clean and they have everything beauty that you could possibly think of. Nails hair makeup literally everything!! But they constantly follow their customers and watch them on the cameras. I understand they may have a lot of theft but the manager doesn’t have to follow everyone it’s a bit uncomfortable. I don’t feel like I can shop and browse around without being followed.
