I only come here if I need my hair done immediately and no one else is available and that's rarely. Don't be Black and ask for a "White" hairstyle such as curls. Yes... curls. (even if a reference is that of a Black woman). I'd advise you pretend you don't understand Spanish if you choose to come in, especially if you're Black. You'll catch something unprofessional. Evelyn and the woman that washes your hair are nice, but other's? They'll make the place uncomfortable with some of their comments. Be careful of sudden "upcharges." Always a red flag if a salon doesn't post prices for transparency.

I’ve been coming here since my high school days so that’s years ago, me and my family(mom, sisters) all come here when we would like to treat ourselves. They do really good hair, I gave 4 stars only because they don’t all speak English so it’s hard to communicate want you want done sometimes.

They sat me everywhere from chair to chair 6 hrs. one with a sweater all the time push me instead of saying excuse me off a chair. They talk about the owner like a dog in front of you. I hate my hair, everyone walks out with the same hairstyle. Like they don’t know what they’re doing, if you’re not Dominican they treat you bad, won’t put you on a dryer, but burn your hair with the blow dryer, an hot combs the dryer less heat gets applied. If you’re Dominican they’ll put you on one. Racist is what they are take your money with no problem though. Just horrible, nasty, Racist women. Never again.

I waited after getting my hair washed for about a hour and a half but once I got in a chair I was greeted by the stylus before she started my hair. They charge me $45 for a press out in a trim, that also included the wash. I highly recommend them because they did a good job even though they talk to much

I asked for a deep condition and she told me that the dryers weren’t working and gave me a folliculitis treatment. Acted very shady and rude. & she snatched my money out of my hand before she started my hair. And I’m not even going to begin with what she did with my hair. Next time just say I’m black and u don’t want to do it 😉.
