When I tell you I was crying all day because another stylist did my hair so bad! Ms.Evelyn came in and told me not to cry and she’ll fix it..and she did! She was so kind and understanding and I’m so happy with the results!!

I went to go get my hair relaxed today the Woman of GOD that did my hair for me was Rochell you can tell she care about my hair she used a sensitive relaxer on my hair I appreciated that she toke her time and relaxed my hair no rushy ! rushy! And she washed my hair like 3 times to make sure all the relaxer was out and than she put me under the Dryer she had another client as well and guess what she did not forget about me under the Dryer very Perfessional so when you go to this hair solon request Rochell Alsome costermer service Thankyou Rochell May GOD continue to Bless your hands all that you do for his Glory ! JESUS Christ Is the way the Truth and the Life tell somebody! 😇❤️💜❤️💜

Evelyn tries her best to check in with customers experiences. But unfortunately I have to leave this review after today. My first experience here was terrible. I won't put exactly what occurred, because it happened years ago but long story short it resulted in a skin injury. After years of staying away from EHC I booked here again through Booksy. I arrived on time. After waiting 10 minutes, I went to use the bathroom. Instead of the stylist (Kimberly) coming in and setting up at her station she stood outside texting and calling me saying she doesn't see me. Mind you, I was already inside the building. And by now the stylist was 18 minutes late. This was the start of what would be a very weird and negative interaction. I was told the price I saw on Booksy was a "starting" price. The price for the style I wanted was $90-140 more than what was on Booksy. Based on that, I had to make up a different style on the spot. I asked a few questions. Kim expressed a lot of frustration after I asked her to change the style. But I only asked to change it, because she did not tell me she was going to charge me even more for the style. After this she didn't speak to me the entire time. Just talked on the phone about her personal issues. When Evelyn came over to ask me how my experience was going, I was honest with her. The stylist interjected in the conversation and told Evelyn NOT to apologize to me. It was absolutely crazy. Evelyn introduced me to another stylist before I left, who I will not be scheduling an appointment with. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

My hair dresser is Ms Andrea. I’ve been going to her for almost 8 years!! Even when I moved to Davenport 3 years ago, I still drive 1hr 30 min for her to do my hair. She is Awesome!!! My hair grows with her hands.

Listen, Mrs. Evelyn definitely gave me the silk press of my life. I haven’t had a silk press to last past a day without curling back up. I went on Saturday and it’s Tuesday and it still looks good!

You want a good place to go to where they do great hair stop in at Evelyn's? And you will see that they do in phedomino, job, all hair. Best place to go to in town, if you want that home feeling we're dealing with family. This is a place to go I want to thank you again, Evelyn for taking care of my girl. What you needed it most. Honestly, one of the best hair experiences I’ve ever had. They took care of me so much and they made the environment feel like family. I will definitely be coming back. On top of all of that, my hair came out AMAZING!!!! Sooo beautiful and I received so many compliments. Please check Evelyn out !

Outrageous. Do not waste your time. Worst costumer service ever. No organization at all on the schedule. I got my appointment canceled when I got there with no previous heads up. Unacceptable costumer service. Tried to get my braids done twice and both frustrated. Not worth it.

Visiting Mrs Evelyn’s Salon was a breath of fresh air. I brought my mom to have her hair completely revamped. From the moment we walked in Mrs Evelyn & her staff were so welcoming and encouraging building up my mom’s courage as it was her first visit to the Creation Salon. I encourage anyone to visit this Salon, for the customer service, the knowledge base, the atmosphere, the quality, the location - we believe in supporting our community. As does Mrs Evelyn. My mom’s hair stylist was so pleasant and kind Sava. Definitely we will return and support this local business.
