Renee does an amazing job! She goes over my skin and talks about what she thinks the best plan is for me. Her facials are so relaxing and I feel like a new person when I leave.

I booked the Winter Bliss Massage at Even Keel Annapolis with Tajai earlier this week. It was a treat to myself as my son just turned one, and I wanted to give myself some self-care as a “job well done.” I’ve been coming to Even Keel for years, but haven’t been since my last prenatal massage. The recent renovation is beautiful, open, and inviting. I always feel instantly calm right when I walk through the door. Tajai sat down with me briefly before the massage, and asked me some general questions to get to know me. I feel like she was trying to understand more of the why” behind the massage in order to deliver the best, and she did EXACTLY that. Other than feeling amazing physiologically during and after, I was the most relaxed I have ever been. Pretty sure I even fell asleep and started to snore. She offered me hot tea afterwards, and gave me ample time to get myself together before walking out the door. I will definitely be booking with her again. If you need a massage, and you’re feeling selfish and want to treat yourself, book with Tajai. Your experience will be amazing!

Tracey was a wonderful masseuse. She got my knots out of my shoulders and I felt so much better. The reception staff were also very responsive.

I was given a $250 gift certificate for Christmas. I finally made it in for an appointment that I had set for the Luxe facial. I was told as I was on the table and underway, that they did not have the peel available to give me the treatment I had requested, nor the red/blue lights for that treatment were applied either. Instead, she gave me a different treatment that cost less. I feel like all I received was a dermaplane and a slight tingling solution applied. I now only have a small amount of $ left on the card, and it is not enough to get anything else done. Kind of disappointing.

I absolutely love my permanent jewelry, it has been on for over two years! I’m surprised it’s has never stretched or discolored. I get asked a lot who does them and can’t recommend even keel enough!

As a busy mom I took some time for myself yesterday and I'm so happy I did! Alina gave me a phenomenal facial!! I will definitely be back. With Tricia's recommendation along with Emily booking my appointment, I couldn't recommended this spa more! I was using my new skincare this morning and it reminded me to make this review that made this experience so magical, thank you ladies!!

Samantha is the BEST Aesthetician out there! The Kosmea products and her recommendations have completely transformed my skin! She is an expert in her field and her love for what she does is completely evident in every interaction she has with her clients. I won't trust my skin to anyone else but her!!!

I was very touched to participate in Even Keel’s Calm for a Cure Event. They provide a spa service for women undergoing breast cancer treatment in October. And it was the most thoughtful, gracious experience. Not only do they gift you a spa service, I was treated so specially upon arriving, offered snacks and drinks, and received a gift bag as well. I was practically moved to tears by the whole experience. It takes a special place that understands - to offer such a thoughtful and generous experience. And I will absolutely seek them out and come back other times, and encourage others to as well! 💕 Thank you.

I’ve been lucky enough to get a facial and several prenatal massages at Even Keel. Both were wonderful, but the prenatal massages were truly spectacular. Tajai is so talented and a wonderful masseuse! She is very kind and caters to your preferences.

The massage is a great quality one but unfortunately the booking and payment process is really tedious. I had problems with scheduling an appointment as they kept booking me at the Baltimore versus Annapolis location. Furthermore, upon paying the receptionist didn’t even notice that she didn’t use my gift card at all and I had to call to rectify it and get a refund back to my credit card. For a self care gesture such as a massage, the pre + post treatment should feel seamless and this really didn’t hit the mark at all.

I had a previous massage several months ago that was wonderful (I unfortunately don’t remember which massage therapist I saw.) This recent time, I saw Aleasha for MLD and she was absolutely horrible. I had a recent lipo / fat transfer to my breasts, and my surgeon, Dr. Bednar, as well as the MLD specialist that they have on staff at the surgery center told me that for best retention, I should have no lymphatic drainage from my naval to my collarbones. Aleasha repeatedly told me that I was wrong and that my doctor didn’t know what he was doing (he is very widely regarded as the expert in this type of surgery, having done it almost exclusively for 25 years and has worked with MLD specialists the entire time), wanted me to get him on the phone so she could explain to him, and spent the entire massage repeatedly telling me that me and my doctor were wrong, as well as sharing details about her other patients (which made me very uncomfortable, I’m sure she’ll mention me to her other patients), and telling me all the times that she was right and doctors were wrong. Regardless of even the content of what she was saying, she spent the entire time talking very loudly about herself (often not even massaging me while doing so), which made it impossible to relax. She came off as incredibly smug and egotistical and I felt like I was paying to sit there and listen to her talk about how great she was. The entire experience made me incredibly uncomfortable and I was desperate to leave. I booked an hour long appointment and she told me I only needed thirty minutes and she’d give me a thirty minute credit for a second appointment (which is fine) but I’d absolutely rather lose the money than have to be around her again. I have had a great experience at Even Keel previously and believe all of the other staff are lovely, but I don’t even want to return to this spa because of how awful my experience with Aleasha was.

My husband and I came in and had facials with Renee, whom we both agree gave us the best facials ever. Then we had a couples whole body massage; I had Tracy concentrate on my tense shoulders and back, while my husband had Melanie concentrate on his back. It was wonderful! We felt like we were on a mini vacation! Everyone at Even Keel is so pleasant and helpful. I fully recommend this spa-you’re worth it!

I have been going to Even Keel for a few years now for facials. Samantha is the best esthetician and has transformed my face. She is so polite and knowledgeable about skincare. Also, the staff is very welcoming and kind. Even Keel is bringing in some of the most amazing skincare lines. If you want the best, this is the place to visit.
