***UPDATES: I encourage everyone to read this to learn more about what you’re walking into*** I genuinely praised your massages and even recommended you to many of my friends, but it’s appalling that you would resort to such unethical tactics to deceive others. The example you gave in your reply does not involve me in any way. While losing me as a customer may not matter to you, I doubt a business built on dishonesty will last long. The irony is that you blocked my number afterward, which only reinforces the truth of the situation. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW *** I genuinely enjoy getting massages at this store, but one of the staff members (not everyone) pressured me to tip more than 20% and round up the amount. Initially, I expected to have a great experience and planned to return for more sessions with her. However, this coercive behavior spoiled my mood, and I no longer want to book massages with her. I want to remind everyone that tipping should be entirely voluntary and never forced. Exceptional service should naturally be appreciated, not demanded!

I have been looking for a new place to get regular massage treatments and have been very satisfied with Evergreen Massage Tree so far! Everyone was very professional and their rooms were very clean and safe. For a place that offers high quality massage, they offer a variety of forms (Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, etc.) and their prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a place to receive consistent, professional massage therapy, I highly recommend Evergreen Tree Massage!

I tried the Chinese medicine head cleansing massage today. It was very comfortable. The warm essential oil made my shoulders and neck more comfortable and unobstructed, and my muscles were no longer tense. Thank you for the boss's service. I will come again!

My wife and I visited Evergreen for the first time today and we will be back! We booked 90 minute massages online, which couldn’t have been easier. My therapist was KC and my wife’s was Helen. I think KC might clairvoyant because she knew exactly where my back and shoulders were hurting. Best massage I’ve ever had and booked another one immediately!

My absolute FAVORITE local massage spot! Aside from their great prices and massages, they also offer cupping & gua sha as add on services. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! Both massage therapists I have had have been great. Would highly recommend giving them a visit. :)

I'm moving away from my apartment today, which was 1 block away from this amazing massage place. I will sincerely miss the excellent massages I've gotten here. Every massage therapist there is very skilled. I say that as someone who has had chronic pain from injuries treated with professional massages since 2010. This is one of the only places where the massage is so good and relaxing that I almost fall asleep and my spine cracks like a chiropractor adjustment just from muscle relaxation.

Always hate leaving glowing reviews on a place this amazing for fear they’ll gain in popularity until I won’t be able to get an appointment. But they deserve it! I went in with a tension headache and 30 minutes later walked out tension free and full of happy endorphins. As good or better than you’ll get at a spa or chiropractor. It may well have been the best massage I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone with strong thumbs that knows exactly where the pressure points are and how much release they need, Kaycee is the one!

No low lighting, the environment’s not relaxing and too expensive for a painful massage. This place was good when it was Healthy Foot Spa but I guess the owners have changed.

Normally I don't post negative reviews, but this was by far the worse massage I've ever had. And not just a bad massage but the whole experience was bad. I honestly don’t understand how they have so many 5-star reviews. In a nutshell - not relaxing, nor therapeutic, very painful, my masseuse was clearly not professionally trained, left in worse shape than when I arrived. The massage rooms are sparse, no low lighting, no pleasant exotic scents, chilly. The massage oil came from a big plastic jug. The lobby music was the only music and wasn’t turned up nearly loud enough to drown out the annoying ding and “Welcome to Healthy Foot Spa!” announcement triggered every time someone entered the spa, and repetitively if that person didn’t move away from the doorway. The most disturbing thing is that every time someone entered the lobby my masseuse would leave the room to greet that person and leave the door ajar with me lying half covered on the massage table. The massage room doors open directly into the small lobby so visualize that for a moment. At best, unprofessional. At worst, reportable. As for the massage, even without the language barrier, it was terrible. There's no way my masseuse had any formal training. She was under the misguided impression that a painfully deep massage is a good massage. I must have said "Not so hard!" a dozen times. I repeatedly asked her to rub more slowly so that I could try to relax and allow knots to release, but she didn't understand my words and, from what I could tell, wasn't trained to feel knots because she never paused to work on them. In effect, she flared up every knot in my back without releasing any of them. All I could do was tense my muscles to minimize the pain. She never had me turn over, never got to my neck or shoulders, which is what I’d initially asked her to focus on. Fortunate, as it turns out because it's been nearly a week and my back muscles are still tender. In hindsight, I should have left mid-massage. Oh, and at the end of the massage they ask you to check a box on your paper receipt to add a tip. There are three options: 30%, 40% and 50% tip! The audacity.

The owner of this store has changed. She is really good at deep tissue massage with traditional Chinese techniques. I usually go there after intensive exercise or tiredness work hours. It refreshes my body and help my muscles recovered faster. Really love it :)

I can only assume that the people giving this five stars have never had actual therapeutic massage. Basic, procedural rub-down. Not deep. No extra attention to problem areas. No awareness of sensitivity or soreness. No lasting effect. Honestly, buy yourself a massage gun. You'll get more benefit...
