I am normally a huge fan of this place, and I’ve gone there for massages for years, about once a month. However, my last experience really soured me. I had a wonderful one-hour massage, and as I was paying, I left my standard 20% tip. Before I signed the receipt, the woman interrupted me and asked me to give her more tip. I was rather shocked. I asked her to repeat herself, and several times she asked for more tip. I went ahead and left her a few extra dollars because I didn’t know what else to do. I have never encountered anything like this in my time as a customer here, nor anywhere else in the world! It really soured me on this place, and will make me reconsider going back. I’m very disappointed, as I’ve always been a great fan and recommended them to several people. Update 2/2/25 in response to the owner’s comment: I was not intending any sort of slander, and if you read my post, you will see that I said the massage was wonderful. That’s why I’ve been going here for years, and I have always walked away an incredibly satisfied customer. I am actually one of your biggest fans. Please don’t imply that I am lying by telling you that the masseuse asked for more than 20%. If you speak to the employee (or perhaps have any camera footage), you will undoubtedly see that she asked for more than a 20% tip. You can also check the receipt where you can clearly see that I wrote 20%, and then had to cross it out and write more. Also, my comment is very much in line with the various other people who have said the exact same thing. When I gave her 20% she repeatedly asked for more. I am not saying anything that any other customer has not said. Again, I reiterate that the massage was fabulous. The technique was perfect, my body felt amazing afterward, and I am as disappointed as you because I felt that what has previously been years of a great customer/business relationship has been tainted. Please don’t refer to my behavior as “shameless” by me giving an honest review of what happened during my visit. I feel that her behavior fits the definition of “shameless.” My hope was that you, as a respectable business owner in Greenwood with a very loyal fan base, would speak to your employee so that their behavior does not turn away future business for you.

Fantastic deep tissue massage! Just wish they had worked my front / quads more. Like others, I was also asked to leave a bigger tip at the end (I had originally offered 20%), so I don’t appreciate the lack of transparent pricing. The massage was great, but I might hesitate to return because of this awkward experience at the end.

I had an amazing experience at this massage parlor, and I have to give a special shout-out to Lucy! She is absolutely incredible at what she does. I love this place. I come here for a 90 min massage for $100 + a 20% tip. You really can’t beat the price. The staff is kind and they are always available/flexible, during the weekdays and weekends. Whenever I have a sore area, they massage it extra without me even asking. I’ll be back. Thank you so much!!

I tried tens of different massages in the great Seattle area, evergreen tree massage is the only one I came back again and again, becomes my regular routine. Andy is very skilled and strong massager, always press the acupuncture points very accurately.

I’m a massage enthusiast who has gotten deep tissue Chinese massages and acupressure for over 20 years in the US and Taiwan. This place is the real deal. Andy gives the most amazing neck massages, and is also skilled in gua sha and cupping. Truly - the neck massages need to be tried by anyone who has had chronic headaches or bad posture. This is the only place I’ve found in Seattle that uses the proper pressure and technique to provide real relief and healing to aches, pain, and discomfort. And at a price that beats so many other places. Could not recommend more!

My wife and I went in for a half hour foot massage. The massages were good for both of us, not great, but it was cheap and we enjoyed it and thought this might become a semi-regular thing. As we were paying they said they preferred cash over card. OK, that's fine. We had to scrounge both of our wallets but managed to find a hidden $100 bill. Hooray! We gave them $80, $60 for the 2 massages and $10 to each masseuse, a 33% tip. She then asked for more tip money. We were kind of taken aback by this and asked again and yep, she repeated herself and asked for more money. To diffuse the awkwardness of the situation, we shell out an extra $5 for each masseuse and leave. That part of the experience soured whatever good feeling we had from the massage and we both agreed it's not worth going back. I hope the extra $10 was worth losing repeat customers.

The massage was great, however when I was getting ready to pay I was going to leave at 20% tip and the masseuse asked if I could tip more. This interaction made me feel uncomfortable considering I was already going to tip 20% in cash.

昨天我去做了一小時的头疗$78，感覺還好，我給了她$90块的現金（因為我知道他們肯定要你付現金的）她算了一下，然後要求我最少要給20 ％的小費，說還差几块，對此我感到有點驚訝，當然心里也很不舒服，（這不是幾块钱的問題）這是我第一次去做头疗，也不太清楚究竟要付多少小費，20 ％也沒什麼，畢竟也辛苦服務了，問題是應該先让客人知道，在服務項目上注明一下，那就不需要當客人的面来談，以免客人心里不爽，大家都尷尬，所以這是不好的經驗，以後還是找其他地方做吧

I’ve been coming for a few years and the staff is amazing. They always know how to address my knots and headaches. I love love their deep tissue massage and foot. Cupping is 5 stars too. I really appreciate Andy, calling me when I accidentally left my cc. He cut it up for me and took a pic bc I wasn’t going to make it back in.

Excellent deep tissue massage from Casey! Will def be returning. I came when it was very slow (Saturday 2pm) but towards the end of my massage, they did start getting calls and walk-ins. the rooms are not sound proof (they have openings towards the top) so it did get very noisy. They also don’t have a receptionist so Casey was answering calls as she massaged. However for the price and quality of the massage, I really didn’t care.

I recently visited for a deep tissue massage, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The therapist was the most professional I have encountered in years. Their technique was outstanding and addressed all my problem areas with great skill. I also tried cupping for the first time, and it was a unique and beneficial addition to the massage. The place offers great value for money. The owner can speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Highly Recommend！

Got the 1 hour head spa. They focus more on the massage rather than simply lathering up different conditioner. They also use Chinese herbs to rinse your hair. Our hair is super soft and silky afterwards. Highly recommend!

Pretty unfortunate experience, I asked to focus on my head/ neck and shoulders, but over an hour into the massage we were doing the rest of my body which already felt fine, or was in so much pain I didn’t want it touched. I’m sure it’s great for someone else but not at all what I asked for. I wanted to relax. Then they proceeded with “gua sha,” which was not a gua sha tool. It was a plastic bowl thing. They tried to tell me it’s gua sha but my entire out of state family is in the business.. instead of draining fluid it just scratched the top layer of my skin. 😂 then I just felt uncomfortable because I hear irritated conversations and “gua sha gua sha” so they are obviously talking about me, she offered to continue but I just wanted to leave because I felt really uncomfortable. She laughed at me at the counter which was just weird. This is an honest review and NOT from a “competitor” like they might say on other reviews. & i attached a picture of a gua sha for future reference. Don’t let them tell you that’s what it’s supposed to be. Your skin should be fine and the effects should be deeper in your muscles/ glands and you should not hear a scraping noise. My skin is not fine.

Probably the worst massage I've had in my life. The technique was awful. The masseuse kept walking out of the road. My skin burns from whatever oil they use. **edited and reduced to one star following owners reply** Allow me to provide more detail: I can post my credit card transaction to your businesses Google Photo's if you'd like, you could also see me on your cameras; suggesting I'm hired by a competitor is ridiculous. You're suggesting that someone paid me to go in there for an hour and get one of the worst massages I've had? Iliterally just went there this evening. It was obvious my masseuse was trying very hard. She kept breathing heavily, sighing, left the room to hock a loogie, and seemed to heavily favor her forearms and this sweeping pattern that did nothing for me. That is bad, repetitive and ineffective technique. On top of that she left the room at least half a dozen times to answer the phone, talk to other staff and do who knows what else. That is not quality service. I'm not paying her to run your business! Your oil smells like laundry detergent. It made me itch and it illicited a mild burning sensation from my skin. Nothing I have said is slanderous. Everything I have said is true. What is slanderous is suggesting I'm a fake reviewer since many of your good reviews are fake. You will not see me later. I will never set foot in your establishment again!
