Beautiful medical spa with the warmest and friendliest staff. Parking and online form for check-in was so easy and fast. I had a hydra facial and finished with red light therapy. Kavita was amazing throughout the entire session she will make you feel very comfortable and well cared for. My face feels so good and hydrated now. I highly recommend EVO Medical Spa!!!

I came to EVO for a hydrofacial & IV treatment. I love how accessible the parking is & how stunning/clean the facilities are. Everyone was so kind & answered all my questions through the process. While my IV was administered I was able to sit in a full-body massage chair (probably my favorite part!) making the process quick & comfortable. 10/10 recommend Evo - Check out their monthly membership perks too!

All of staff was very welcoming and Kavita was wonderful! I did a hydrafacial with Kavita and she made me feel so comfortable, gave me skincare suggestions based on my own skin as she was doing the facial, she even gave me red light therapy and let me use the massage chairs for a little too!! I had a workout class after the facial and still feel glowwyyy even after the class! Will def be back to try some other things, and can’t wait to bring my friends!!

Evo med spa is wonderful! Not only do they have top of the line equipment but the staff is so knowledgeable and attentive! Coming here is truly and experience! I’ve been very happy with the results, I got a hydrofacial and my skin was absolutely glowing after and well as gotten laser and their technology is pain free which is amazing!

Amazing experience from the very start walking in and being greeted by Jennifer at the front desk to my facial with Kavita. This place is so beautiful and welcoming. I had my first hydro facial and Kavita explained every step of the process and made it so relaxing and enjoyable. She gave me tips on future skincare as well. I can’t wait to come back and try some of their many other services!

I had an amazing first experience at EVO in Tampa! Upon arriving a was already 30 minutes late to my session and they were more than happy to accommodate me and my tardiness. Kavita was amazing! She helped me through the paperwork, gave me a tour of the space and all of the services they provide. I had come in for a facial but after explaining to Kavita that I recently did a chemical peal, she advised me not to do the facial. However, she knew I had come all the way from St Pete and offered me an IV service instead. Although my experience as a whole was wonderful, Kavita’s ability to be flexible and accommodating to my schedule, and overall having a great attitude made the experience that much better! I will definitely come back again for my facial!

Wow. Best day I’ve had in years. Walked in & it felt like chatting with my best friends! Kavita (such an amazing person) gave me a tour & showed me all the rooms & introduced me to everything that they offered there. I had a lot of questions because I’m not familiar with this kind of stuff, & Kavita taught me a lot. I got my first hydrafacial, which had me glowing before I even left the building (never wanted to leave) & an IV bag that my body so desperately needed, but the best part is their AI-massage chairs. I’ve never experienced anything like it, it’s incredible. I felt so special today & I can’t wait to come back. Forever grateful for Dawn referring me here & spreading the love this place has to offer. I feel like I found my oasis.

Not only is this place beyond beautiful but the service is amazing. Anya did my Hydro facial and she was so thorough and kind and gave me so much information.Bella and Jen are spectacular I’m so glad I was referred here. Definitely recommend paying them a visit. This was my first time at EVO medspa. The girls greeted me at the door and gave me an extensive tour and explanation of all treatments. Kavita did my hydrafacial, we had great conversations throughout the whole treatment. She really explained to me what she was doing to treat each area of my face. On my way out she recommended some products to improve my skin tone and texture. I will definitely be going back soon and bringing my husband as they offer so many different services!!
