Evolutions is not only about a fantastic facial (5 stars!) or massage (another 5 stars)…it is about the lovingkindeness of the therapists and staff- I’m 80 years old, have a few issues, (remove eyeglasses, hearing aids, stumble a bit, now how do we do?) they see, they help, and a treatment here is a quick trip to total care.(PS **SUZETTE is an amazing facialist!)

The staff are so eager to help and make my experience consistently positive. The Facialist sand massage therapists are excellent. I recommend it highly, especially when joining as a member. Their point system makes it affordable and it’s full,ofmrewards.

I love this medical spa. The staff are very professional, courteous, and kind. I have had many different treatments from chemical peels, to IPL, to laser hair removal and have had wonderful results with all of them.

Evolutions is the best spa in town! I get monthly facials with Rochelle and she has completely transformed my skin. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional with wonderful tips and product selections to keep your skin glowing after a facial. Rochelle is so kind and warm and the main reason I joined their VIP program and come back consistently! I have also gotten wonderful massages here, the ambiance and environment is always so peaceful and luxurious. The front desk staff is also very helpful and welcoming. I always leave feeling amazing!

I went in today for my first consultation with Lizzy (RN) to discuss Dysport and Botox. She was very informative and helped me feel comfortable by explaining the differences between the two. Dysport was $5/unit and Botox was $16.50/unit. I ended up getting a discount for my birthday month (10% off) and rewards perks through ASPIRE rewards ($50 off). I was happy with my experience and plan to go back!

I strongly recommend Rochelle for anyone!! It’s funny, when I started coming to this spa I was talking with someone in the locker room, and she told me she only goes to Rochelle because she has completely transformed her skin…and ever since my first appointment with Rochelle, I now am also a committed and consistent customer! My mom is an esthetician and I had always gotten my hydrafacials from her, and when I moved to this area it was hard for me to find someone to give me the same level of treatment (I mean, it’s hard to beat the level of care from a mom haha) but Rochelle has been the best! She is so thoughtful and thorough, and she has recommended the best products for my routine. She quickly has become a friend, and I genuinely look forward to our time together. My skin has never looked better!

The three of us all had massages. All three of them were amazing! My husband said it was the best massage he ever had. It’s a wonderful facility and they’re very prompt with their appointments. We will definitely be back.

This is a very relaxing place where I feel nurtured and supported. I had a deep tissue massage by Veronica. She is caring and clear, firm and clearly knows techniques I have not experienced in other deep tissue massages. I will be back to see her specifically

Every massage I’ve had at Evolutions has been great. At one point i was really down because my back hurt so much i thought it might never improve. One massage and i was a new person. Ive also had excellent facials there. The people who work there are very skilled, the staff at the desk efficient and welcoming.

I can’t say enough positive things about Evolutions Medical Spa, from the amazing expertise of the providers to the overall kindness and spirit of generosity shown in the way business is conducted. I’ve had several facial interventions by the amazing Lizzy, a great facial, some injectables, all of which have been very helpful in boosting my confidence and taking the edge off the inevitable aging process. The physical environment is lovely, very soothing and creative. I am so grateful that Evolutions Medical and Day Spa exists because it offers an elevated and uplifting experience uncommon in today’s world.

I had an incredible experience here. My massage therapist Steve was highly skilled. He checked in with me on his pressure & my comfort level. The ambiance & amenities were top notch. I would be a regular if it wasn't for living out of town.

Dr. Perkins is an exceptional surgeon who always does beautiful, natural procedures and is always very honest about what to expect regarding the procedures he does during and afterwards. He is also an exceptionally kind doctor with a wealth of medical and aesthetical knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone who wishes to look best in a natural way.
