Staff is friendly and helpful, from check in to check out. Therapists are very good at their craft and also help with things you can do outside the studio. I would recommend for all looking to better their health and wellness.

Very comfortable space and wonderful experience. I booked a massage with Lee and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve never felt so relieved and rejuvenated after a massage. I will be back!

Evolve has such a calming atmosphere, I felt welcomed as soon as I came in. I purchased a 3-session Cryotherapy pack and went in for my first this past Saturday. I was explained the whole process and asked of any questions multiple times. The waiver process was quick and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I’d absolutely recommend them!

Evolve is hands down the best place for massages and facials! As a physical therapist, I have a deep appreciation for high-quality bodywork, and Evolve exceeds my expectations every single time. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. The massages are perfectly tailored to relieve tension and promote relaxation, and the facials leave my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. I always leave feeling refreshed and cared for. I've had a membership for a year+ & it's been absolutely worth it. The team is super easy to connect with (replying to texts, setting up appts). They're fantastic at walking you through a new service (ex: when I first did cryotherapy), and I've always so relaxed when I leave. The huge piece for me is the sauna, and their new Clearlight sauna is incredible. For massages, I absolutely love Lee! He has great energy, always checks in with you before the massage to see how your body is feeling, gives recommendations when he notices things that need work. Something that really stood out to me is when my work schedule became super busy & I stopped going their team proactively offered an option to downgrade the membership type versus me having to totally cancel it and lose out on services. I appreciated that they took the initiative to notice I wasn't able to make it, and provided a solution that saved me money, and still kept me engaged.

i love evolve, it’s one of the best parts of my week! i usually do the sauna and cryo right after and the combo is magical ✨ the staff is always super friendly and the center is so clean and quiet. i recently had a friend come to town and made her try cryo and the compression therapy and she loved it so much she’s looking into buying the compression boots for her home! it’s a must when in austin

I love coming here! The services are perfect and the staff is great! They have so many things I haven’t tried yet but I enjoy doing the infrared sauna, compression, and massages! I would go every day if I could. I highly recommend this place!

Oh my, I had the BEST massage at Evolve recently. What a treat!!! I had the happy Buddha and my therapist was amazing. In my tour I learned that their massage therapists all have 15-20 yrs experience which immediately elevated my expectation, and let me tell you, they delivered on that expectation. The decor/vibe was so well appointed. And all staff members I encountered were top-notch. I am going back tomorrow for the 3rd time and will be joining as a member. I can see the value is undeniable for adding some self-care to my routine.

Would really steer clear from this business. Has gone very downhill since new manager took over. Was told she “didn’t give a shit” over the phone regarding a problem over the phone and hung up on. I cancelled my long standing membership after this interaction and hope everyone would find a different spa to support.

I had an incredible experience at EvolvE Cryo & Wellness last Friday, this is a must try spa in Austin! Steven was my go-to expert during my visit, and his knowledge and helpfulness truly made my experience exceptional. I indulged in three amazing services - Cryo, infrared sauna, and compression treatments - and felt like a new person afterward. Stephen took the time to explain each treatment, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable throughout. He also gave an overview of the spa along with a tour. His passion for wellness and expertise in the services offered shone through, putting me at ease. Thanks to Stephen and the EvolvE team! The facilities were top-notch, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking a holistic approach to wellness. Five stars aren't enough - I'd give them more if I could!

While their infrared sauna might not have the medical-grade red lights found in some other facilities, they compensate with a top-quality facial red-light mask that can be used during compression therapy. The friendly and knowledgeable staff make this a wonderful place to receive a variety of wellness treatments, such as massages and facials.

Best spa in Austin! I have been to a few spas in Austin and this is my favorite by far! Their massages and facials are always amazing plus the space is very clean with friendly & kind staff that go above and beyond. The infrared sauna and cryptherapy have made a huge difference in reducing my stress, inflammation, etc too.

I have been visiting evolve for several months now and I am in love with the services they offer!! Facials with Acadeah have helped me get my skin looking and feeling better than ever before, body treatments with Meaghan have me looking and feeling great, and massages with Lee leave me relaxed and pain free! SO many great practitioners here that you can't go wrong... the new sauna takes this place to the next level !!!

I love spending my day at Evolve! It's the ultimate spa day! I get a massage, facial, do Cryo and sauna. The employees are all very friendly, and always provide great service. Lee is the massage therapist Ive been seeing and he is the best therapist that I've ever had! I was suffering from chronic back pain and these massages were the only thing that helped me. Lee has a high level of expertise and every massage was different based upon what was going on with my body. He would identify trigger points and always gave me helpful tips and exercises to do at home. I got on the membership plan because I started prioritizing self care and it’s been truly the best investment. The membership also provides a lot of perks that I liked

While I enjoy the services they provide, my issue was the decor. An overwhelming amount of photos projecting European white beauty standards. It's hard to relax and focus on one's wellness when diet culture is everywhere you turn. Please consider more inclusive decor.

I inquired with Evolve last week about their services, and was offered complimentary cryo and compression. I went in, and I was met with stellar service and it's just overall a great atmosphere. It's clean, welcoming, and had a nice variety of services available for great prices. The complimentary parking is a nice touch, too. I became a member, and I am very excited about all of it.

Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and helpful at EvolvE. Doing something like cryotherapy for the first time can be a bit unnerving, but everyone at EvolvE made me feel comfortable, safe and supported. The space is relaxing and inviting. I’ve become a Cryo addict and try to go everyday thanks to the EvolvE team!

I love this place! It’s my go to one stop shop for massage, cryo, sauna and more! I love the compression room as well. The staff is AMAZING and they all make you feel so welcome. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for healing and rejuvenation :)

Evolve is one of my happy places. The staff is so welcoming and warm. I have loved using the infrared sauna and compression. I have really enjoyed newly discovering Regen treatments with Meagan. I also have loved my massage appointments with Lee. He is a very talented massage therapist. I always look so forward to my time and self care at Evolve.

The massage therapists here are really great but sadly the owner of the business not so much. After being a member for 4 months, She gave me the hardest time cancelling… once i finally got confirmation that they would cancel my membership, they continued to bill me for 3 months. I went in to the location and showed them the proof that i had requested cancellation. And after a lot of negativity from the owner she said she would give me 3 more massages onto my account… at the time i was pregnant so i couldn’t use them, i was owed a refund. Needless to say she wouldn’t give in so i just took it up w my credit card company and got the refund that way. Wish i could go back bc again the massage therapists are great!

Lee is literally the most amazing masseuse I have EVER had. I’ve only lived in NYC and Austin but I love a really good deep tissue and pain melts away after a massage with Lee. The membership is a great deal if you go for regular massages. All the additional perks and services are also amazing and are flexible to make sure you are making the most of your monthly membership. Folks at the front desk are always a joy to chat with. I feel more relaxed just arriving.

UPDATED REVIEW 11.2.23- I just learned that Dawn, my favorite person and an amazing manager, was let go from Evolve without warning. Dawn is the reason I joined Evolve, why my out-of-state friends joined, and why I’ve done so many cryoslimming packages! The place won’t be the same without her. As soon as my packages are done, I will be looking for. new place to enroll. Good people and leaders matter to a business. When an owner, who is rarely there, makes an arbitrary decision that impacts the well being of her customers and staff, we need to question whether this is a place we want to give our hard-earned dollars. We vote with our dollars. There are too many options in Austin and South Austin. I want to support a business that supports strong women; not one that seems threatened by them and doesn’t value their ideas or contributions. I can honestly say that if it wasn’t for Dawn, I wouldn’t have been a member for as long as I have and neither would my friends. I also wouldn’t have increased my membership services and purchased 3 cryoslimming packages and 2 sculpt packages. Dawn, I wish you the best! You will be sorely missed. I LOVE LOVE Evolve. From Megan, who is excellent at cryoslimming and regen & sculpt to Lee, who gives an AMAZING deep tissue massage to Dawn, the manager, who is well-versed at every service and offering, you cannot go wrong at Evolve.

Wonderful experience! I left floating out of Evolve today after crytotherapy, infared sauna and compression on my legs and hips. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and I love how each product they carry and use is totally clean and cruelty free. Their packages are a great value and you can leave feeling like a whole new person in 75 minutes or less. Also, the decor is lovely with artwork sprinkled throughout and positive messaging that will make you smile. We all deserved that! WOW! Thank you Evolve for your hospitality today.
