I give Courtney 5 stars because she is absolutely wonderful. I started in her acne bootcamp program about two years ago and I’m still going to her. She is very knowledgeable and always continuing her education to learn the latest and greatest. She is always professional, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable during the treatment. Courtney truly is the BEST in her industry!

I wish I could give more stars because country is the absolute best! I’ve had a Brazilian wax, leg wax, facial, brow lamination, and tint, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The facial left my skin feeling rejuvenated, and the personalized at home skincare routine she recommended helped me finally get rid of my stubborn acne. My brows have never looked better they’re perfectly shaped and tinted to complement my face shape! So glad I found Courtney there’s no one better in Knox!

Courtney is amazing at her job you never have to worry about going to your wax anymore. She makes it so comfortable for you and makes a ‘stressful’ appointment something you can look forward to because you know you’re in good hands always!! Courtney is the only gal I’ll EVER go to for waxing! She’s knowledgeable, sweet, humble, and makes me feel SO comfortable. Anytime I decide I want to try waxing something I haven’t before she’s patient and answers every last one of my questions. We found I have sensitive skin so she switched to products that don’t break me out or irritate. Never pressures me to buy products. Bonus: she’s flexible with scheduling and good to my friends I’ve referred to her! Best customer service and best services provided! I’ve been to many different places for waxing and she’s the best I’ve been to by far. She’s had my loyalty for 3+ years now and will have it for many more!!!

Courtney is truly the best! I see her for all things waxing and not only is it like getting waxed by your best friend her technique/products are unmatched. I used to always leave very red and had a rash when getting brows done. No more rash or redness when I leave. She is the best!
