I just had a massage session this past week. I had been having severe neck pain for over a month and had tried everything else. One massage with Karen and my neck has been healed. I have had other problems in the past that have been fixed as well after one session at Evolve. I highly recommend their services to anybody who has a chronic pain issue that has not been alleviated by other treatment.

Evolve is the absolute BEST. I’m extremely particular about my massages, and I’ve never had a bad experience here; and I’ve tried multiple therapists over the past 5 years with them. Everyone is welcoming, and knowledgeable, the place is always clean and the environment is relaxing. I can’t recommend Evolve enough!

I’ve been coming to Evolve Scott Towne Center for many years & have seen both Nicole for massages & Tatiani for facials. I just love them both, they’re amazing professionals! They have made me feel so at ease & welcomed from the moment that they collect me from the very comfortable waiting area until my time with them is over. I have noticed that this is the standard with all of the therapists - they really care. Without a doubt this is the best investment that I’ve ever made for myself. Aside from looking & feeling much better, it’s also healing for the mind, body & soul. The atmosphere at Evolve is tranquil & relaxing and the staff is always so accommodating & friendly. I love going there & hate leaving.

This was my second time getting a massage from Matt (deep pressure)and he’s consistently amazing. He gives detailed explanations to what he’s doing and how it will help. I always come out feeling great. Definitely recommend the 90 minute session for obvious reasons. My wife got a facial from Tanya and was incredibly happy. It was her first time having one and she’s excited to go back again! The entire staff were very helpful and so friendly every time we interact with them. We’ll definitely be back soon! Thanks, all!

I was a first-time customer here today. Check-in was very quick and easy! The environment in the back was very calming and clean. My massage therapist was Cody, and he was very mindful about asking whether the pressure was too much. He’s definitely a good choice if you like firm pressure/deep tissue.

I was considering a membership here. My massage was canceled today. With how expensive memberships and prices are I’ll take my business elsewhere. I was looking forward to this for weeks. what a let down.

UPDATE: spoke with the owner and absolutely appreciated the call. Although I still won’t be coming back, I’ve had good experiences here, and I know everyone’s just trying to do the best they can at the end of the day. I’ve been coming here for prenatal massages for years. I’ve had some odd experiences like checking in and then having the masseuse tell me they can’t do the full time and even one time they couldn’t massage me because I was pregnant (that was an odd one). But regardless the good outweighed the bad, ease of booking and proximity to my house all positives. Today was my final straw. I had an hour prenatal massage booked with a male masseuse who I’d never seen before and when he asked what I wanted to focus on I said neck and shoulders, he told me he can’t massage neck or feet during pregnancy. All new to me- I’ve been doing this for 4 years and even yesterday had a chiropractic adjustment in my neck- so if he wasn’t comfortable massaging neck or feet- fine, that should’ve been communicated ahead of time as those are pretty big ticket items to miss in a massage. What really got me was when he asked who I’ve seen from evolve and then doubled down “they were doing it wrong”. His personal comfortability level is not fact and putting down colleagues because you aren’t comfortable really rubbed me the wrong way. I was unwilling to pay for a massage to not get key pain points massaged- which I’ve been doing for over 4 years as I’ve been pregnant or postpartum since 2020. A lot of us come here when our kids are at school, we take time off work to be there and do something for us and I’ve left here disappointed or even down right confused too many times, and after 4 years and many massages I officially will not return. Total let down when you schedule your whole day around this

Massage was relaxing - thanks Amber. Check out on the other hand was an ordeal due to having an old gift card. While they say they “never lose their value”, you better hope you don’t have one from their old system. They claim that they could not scan the barcode due to upgrading their computer system and couldn’t find the original purchase amount so they somehow determined that my gift card was worth $37 - such an odd amount. Beth told me I was fortunate that they were giving me anything. Such a let down. I will never purchase a massage from Evolve. Seek elsewhere.

Great massage. However, I booked at 3:30. My massage started at 3:40 and ended at 4:25. I paid 99 plus tip for 40 mins. I'm not sure that's correct, but massage was great.

I had a 90 minute massage yesterday with Ciara,or should I say I spent 90 minutes in Heaven. Ciara's massage was phenomenal, working away all my stress and knots. Your front desk was also very welcoming, calling me by name as I entered. EXCELLENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND!! THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

I had a few good experiences here. Then I had a bad one, in which it wasn’t communicated to me that the therapist I had booked would basically leave me covered with bruises and feeling sore and tense rather than relaxed. If someone wants that, that’s fine - but I wouldn’t have signed up with him had I known. Even then, I decided some time later to give them another chance with a different therapist. What happened this time wasn’t her fault. I got there fifteen minutes early, checked in (so I thought) and was told to wait. I waited 20 minutes and then got a call from the front desk while I was waiting, asking why I hadn’t showed. Finally, I got called back and it couldn’t be guaranteed that I would get the hour I was paying for so I left. I have a full time job and am the mother of a special needs toddler who gets a few hours to myself every two weeks. I really was looking forward to the chance to relax and enjoy my massage for my full hour, but I left feeling stressed and frustrated. Since this was the second time I left feeling worse than before, I’ve decided not to return.

It appeared to be very clean. The staff was very friendly. My husband and I were there for the first time, and we will definitely go back. Kim was my massage therapist, and Patricia was my husband's. They were both very good. We had medium to firm pressure. It was incredibly relaxing!

I have been getting facials here for about a year and they are great. I have aging skin and started getting peels which has been very beneficial and the results have been noticeable. My last facial was especially great and included my shoulders being massaged. I think her name was Julie and I loved the extra service. I'm very pleased with this place.

I’ve been to Evolve a few times. Just today, I had an amazing massage by Karen. I feel wonderful. She is so kind and talented. I booked another for next month! The front desk employees were wonderful as well. The whole atmosphere of the building is inviting and relaxing. I would 100% recommend this establishment!
