I had a 90-minute prenatal massage with Pony, and she was absolutely incredible. I am 29 weeks and came in specifically for lower back pain. Not only did she relieve so so so much of that tension I’ve been carrying around for weeks, but she took the time to answer my questions and explain how the trigger points and tightness in my glutes could be leading to that referred pain in my lower back and showed me some stretches to help stretch my glutes at home. She was professional, attentive, and such a joy to spend 90 minutes with. Will definitely be returning for a follow up with Pony! Can’t recommend more highly.

I love everything about Evolve Wellness Spa! The people are always very friendly and welcoming and the space is very cozy and relaxing! Patricia is an amazing therapist that focuses on the areas that are most important to you. It’s my go to for massage in Pittsburgh!

I’ve been coming here for years and have always had great service. I’ve had massages from many of the therapists and they are all professional and knowledgeable. I recently had Abigail, who focused on my TMJ and neck pain. She also offered some helpful tools to use at home to alleviate my pain. I would highly recommend Evolve!

The five stars are for Nicole, my massage therapist, not the management . My massage therapist Nicole, is incredible. I truly could not have had a better experience. If you are in the Pittsburgh area book with Nicole!! That being said, I arrived on time and didn’t go back until about 15 minutes later, this is due to the front desk workers inability to let my therapist know, and let me know, that we were ready for each other. Normally not a big issue, however it’s the last booking of the day. It’s important to me to be respectful of both workers and my own time. The front desk person also charged me double, causing me to have to come back in and ensure the charge was taken off. Evolve is lucky to have a therapist like Nicole, I will totally come back. But, ensuring all parts of the business are operating at a high level is important too! The front desk worker was unkind and unable to do her job efficiently. Regardless, thank you Nicole for your time! The massage left me with great relief and results after my father’s passing.

I have gone to Evolve for several different services over the past year and I have had an amazing experience each time! Everyone that I have interacted with there is amazing! Olga does amazing facials and takes the time to understand your goals and concerns. I have had deep tissue massage with Cara and Nicole who both were great as well! Would highly recommend Evolve for your Spa services!!

Cara and Shelby were both fantastic! I had the 90 minute CBD massage with Cara and the winter seasonal facial with Shelby. Both services were excellent, I feel completely relaxed and my skin feels amazing. Highly recommend!

Olga has always done great work. I rearrange my schedule to ensure I can schedule an appointment with her anytime I’m in town. She also goes the extra step and gives a lot of great info on how you can help maintain your skin and addresses any issues or concerns

I had a massage by Charlotte and it was a transformative experience. I honestly do not think I have ever been so relaxed in my life. Charlotte is truly a talented therapist and I will be booking with her again! She provides a safe and welcoming space for all.

Love this place🥰 Staff is super friendly & extremely helpful. Amazing energy throughout. Massage Therapist, Nicole is amazing at getting those annoying knots or "trigger points" as she always says, to melt away. Bonus, she has extensive knowledge of Anatomy. Highly recommend

I've been coming to see Leslie pretty regularly for almost a year now for deep tissue massages, and Leslie is the best therapist that I've ever had! She has great technique and is always able to help relax my tight shoulders and back that I get from rock climbing and my terrible desk posture. I tend to get tension headaches and migraines, but since seeing Leslie, the frequency of those have gone down so much. She truly is a godsend! She always goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, and relaxed mentally as well as physically. The effort that Leslie puts into her room is appreciated; I really love the ambiance from the decor, lights, and music. Leslie is also such a friendly and genuine person, and that makes her so easy to talk to about literally anything. I always look forward to catching up during our sessions. I would highly recommend booking a massage with Leslie. You will not regret it!
