Getting an appointment at this place was the worst experience of my life. I called one of the hairdressers because she got referred to by my family so I wanted to get my grandchild her hair done and this place was recommended for children that are biracial. Unfortunately, the girl messaged me for three days. Sent me five different emails to pay ahead of time. Canceled me three times in three days finally got an appointment showed up and they ruined my grandchild’s hair. She was crying and very upset. I will never recommend this place ever to anyone.

I went in for a silk press, and this was the worst experience of my life. The stylist didn’t even know the difference between a silk press and a flat iron, and my hair was puffy within an hour. I’m beyond frustrated and completely defeated. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t waste your time or money here!

Firstly the salon is a whole mood of comfort and happiness. Ayris is chef when it comes to hair. She’s cooking up greatness!!! You won’t be disappointed with your results. I’m happy every time! Every staff member is positive with humble service!

For my first experience getting my locks done I didn't ask for a specific style,she was able to give me a style that suitably fits me well, I find no need to take my money elsewhere. I have found a professional and comfortable place to look forward to anytime I need my hair done.

I absolutely love this salon! It was my first visit and the vibe when you walk in was so warm and inviting. Ms. Lynne was wonderful she was very friendly and explained the process step by step. I loved my hair. I have found my new home for natural hair care. 10/10 definitely recommend.

This is my new place for hair care! I hope I am spelling their names correctly but Eris and Linnie were soooo kind and helpful to me! I was nervous to book due to my previous experiences at salons. I haven’t gone to someone for help with my natural hair for years due to inexperienced hands and money hungry people. If you are skeptical, I am proof that you would not be! I released all trauma from my hair! I feel light and at peace and I couldn’t believe how it felt just like home! I held in my tears until I got home and just let it out like a baby. It felt like my mama was taking care of me in that chair. That is how dedicated Linnie is to hair care and customer service. I felt loved from people I just met today and I will come back over and over again. Please! Just book! You won’t regret it💗💗💗💗

The only thing I don't like about my experience is that I didn't find out about this place sooner. So thankful for the space to finally feel safe after all of my hair war stories over the last few years. I walked out with a hairstyle I love, more confidence, greater awareness that my needs and thoughts about my hair are valuable, and more hope surrounding my hair's potential than I've had in a really long time. Definitely returning!

I have never had a braid up do until today, I am very satisfied the atmosphere of the salon is amazing and very professional and peaceful and warm welcoming and if you’re looking for some where to have your hair done I highly recommend this salon the staff are amazing, they make you feel like family, thank you for a wonderful experience I will see you soon!!!!

I hadn’t had my natural hair done by a professional in over ten years. But I had become frustrated with mine & my daughter’s lack of moisture retention & manageability and knew I needed help. I came in requesting a steam treatment, deep condition, scalp detox, the works for both of us. Lynne evaluated our hair and determined we just needed really good trims. She got both of us together and gave us our first silk press. I rarely ever wear my hair straight but trusted her judgment and was not disappointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and have already scheduled my next appointment.

I'm so happy with this salon! I contacted them when I needed another option while my regular hairdresser was on vacation. I made a new client appointment for 4/18 @ 10:30 a.m. for flat twist. The new client appointment typically comes with shampoo (twice), deep condition with hot towel, blow dry, trim (but I opted out) & style while consulting on hair. I was serviced by the owners mom Lenny who was so friendly and skilled. She's been a hairdresser for over 30 years and I could tell. She was so gentle and smooth throughout the whole process. It took about an hour and a half for the whole appointment; 40 mins for wash, 30 mins for style & 10 mins for dryer. Price wasn't the lowest I've ever paid BUT absolutely worth every penny. Looking forward to coming again in the future! Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

My first time visiting the Hamilton Rd store. It had more things to look at than time. Some of the clothing racks were too close and difficult to maneuver in an electric cart.

Exclusive Touch salon is outstanding and an answer to my prayers. Lynne provides exceptional service and listens to her customers. Pros: on time, clean and cute space, Lynne uses fantastic products that made my hair soft and very manageable, tech savvy professional receptionist that books appointments and sends notifications, a salon for grown folk without the drama . I appreciate this hidden gem that provides a pampered worthwhile experience. Cons: Not applicable. Except we need more salons and stylist like Lynne.

I had a lovely experience today during my first visit at Exclusive Touch Salon! The stylists were very welcoming, kind, and professional during my entire appointment. I was pleased with the way my stylist Lynne introduced herself before beginning anything and consulted me about how I personally manage and take care of my hair. I will definitely be coming back for my next trim!

I was new and it turned out they couldn't do my hair, but they were very kind and even tried to help me find another place that could do it. The salon is very nice and clean and everyone seemed very kind and professional. If they could do my hair I would definitely come back.

Really enjoyed my experience at Exclusive Touch! The salon has lots of character and the stylists were very nice. Lynne took care of me and was super personable and funny. She made sure to inform me about each step she was taking and described that they like to be as thorough as possible making a plan for the services you request. Very pleased with my results, looking forward to visiting again!

This is the best hair appointment experience I have ever had. This salon was very clean and calm. The stylist made sure to I knew what steps she was taking as well as giving me information on taking care of my locs. The atmosphere was amazing.
