Other than walking in and no one greeting me. Or really saying much to me. I did appreciate the vibes in the shop afterwards. Brought my son for his first hair cut. I was very nervous cuz he can get frustrated very fast. The gentlemen in the shop were so funny and sweet. I believer the barber that cut my son's hair was Monte. He was soooooo patient with my child. When he did get fussy, Monte was awesome with continuing to cut his hair while he was crying. I'm definitely coming back every time I visit Indy.

I paid $25 for my son to get his hair cut and he walked out of there so embarrassed at what they did to his head, he had it wrapped up in his hoodie and begged me to take him somewhere else to fix it. It was uneven, some parts completely missed, his hair line was uneven and patchy. Will NEVER go there again. Not sure who messed it up so much. He just told me it was a guy.

Needs a major overhaul, the ceiling tiles throughout the bldg needs to be replaced, it looks dirty also. I called the bldg owner a few years ago and told him my issues but to no avail. I wish my beautician would relocate.

Owner extremely rude.. called and asked for pricing and they said a price.. then got in chair and then owner says it's 5 bucks more..i kept telling him I called before I got here about pricing... owner acted like I was lying or something and making a big scene.. until one of the workers told him it was true.. definitely won't be back again I cut my own hair, just clippers had gotten stolen so letting barbers cut my hair until I get my own.. haircut was decent but hairline was pretty rushed and could tell he was just trying to get me out the way.. coukd have done it myself and it could have been way crispyer... if I could rate 0 I would. Go somewhere else If u can.
