I loved the owner/ hairdresser, she was amazing. She held great conversation While doing your hair. She got you in and out within your appointment. She booked appointments that did not over lap. She was very COVID-19 safe and her shop was sterilized after each allotted time appointment.

I got a quick appointment. Needed micro braids done. The salon is clean and spacious. I'm very happy with my braids. I would definitely recommend to all my friends. See more pictures on their website.

I take my wife to this salon and she has never been dissapointed, The hair dresser knows what she is doing. My wife loves her work. The place is spacious, cool and clean.I would recommend you take a visit and see for yourselves.

It was a last minute decision to get my hair braided and the only day I had available was on a Sunday. I googled braiding salons near me and Exodus was on the list with really good ratings so I decided to give it a try. Maggie did my hair exactly the way I wanted and all by herself. I was very impressed.

The only good thing about my appointment today was that she was on time. I requested poetic justice type plaits in my hair. My braider never once said that she was unable to do them, or they were not a good style for my thin edges. Instead she completed the braids, after 8 hours, and charged $180!!! She even went as far as to tuck my hair behind my ears because it was "too thin to braid". After going home, which is only five minutes away, I called and told her how unhappy I was and she acted like she didn't know who I was, and hung up in my face! I immediately drove back up there. Not even 15 minutes had passed since I'd left the first time. When asked, even the customer she was now working on said the braids were not right. I asked for some or all of my money back, stating that NONE of my edges were braided and it looked like my hair had been in for months already. She told me that I would have to take them out if I wanted my money back. After saying that was fine, she then stated that she needed to be compensated for her time. I told her that this was only worth about $40. She then stated that she would redo it on one of my days off. I stated my dissatisfaction with that because while I was getting my hair done, THREE people walked in with previously made appointments, got upset because only one lady showed up to braid and left. I told her that I don't have time to waste with their overbooking issues and I just wanted my money. She tried to ignore me, but I wasn't going away without some sort of reimbursement. Needless to say, she eventually gave me some of my money back, not as much as I deserved, but I had to leave because I was getting more heated by the second, and didn't want to get the cops called on me. But I will NEVER go there again. Probably won't be getting my hair braided again (especially if I don't have any edges anyway, lol.) But if I could give them 0 stars, I most definitely would.

Very pleases with my experience, at this shop. I am tender headed normally but she was so gentle on my scalp. Need not to take Tylenol because I had no painful experience. I recommend this shop highly.
