I have to give this place 2 thumbs up! If I can give more, I would. I have been coming here for more than 2 yrs; before the amazing Tracy & Eva took over. I am so glad that they did. They are great owners, always looking to make you comfortable, happy and satisfied. They introduced me to my girl Vivian. All I can say is now she is taking care of me, my Mom and my Husband. My whole family trusts her and are always content with her work. We always feel welcome and cared for when we are at the salon. Our favorite place to be when we want to get pampered.

I always go to Eva! I always do a manicure and pedicure and She does my nails perfect every time! Shape and paint on are always on point. Everybody is also so nice here, I love this nail salon.

My last visit was not very pleasant, i specifically asked for a full set with a French manicure, instead i ended up getting “pink and white” which i don’t like, to me it looks very thick and not natural, i just wanted a painted gel French so that it looked more natural and settled, i expressed that to the gentleman who was doing my nails and he still did nothing to fix it and do what i asked for, instead his response was “pink and white is pretty, it looks natural to me”, right after i said i didn’t like my nails, he proceeded to speak to his coworker in their native language and clearly mentioned the word “pink and white” in English so he was obv speaking about what i had just told him. i don’t like to write ANY negative reviews but this got me because i finally decided to get my nails done after 7 months of giving birth to twin boys and because my bday is Thursday, i was really looking forward to a specific look. And to add, pink and white are actually more expensive then what i asked for, that wasn’t even explained to me. I went in with a budget in mind but had to over spend. To me, it looks like i got my nails done a while ago and not just 3 days ago. My nails are already lifting.

The nail techs were great but the lady at check out was awful! Because of her rude, unprofessional behavior I didn't leave a tip. She ignored my questions as she stood there playing on her Cell Phone! She treated me like I wasn't even there! Never again...

Expert nails is the place to go! Wonderful staff that pays such attention to detail and they are all so warm and friendly. It’s also very clean and the chairs are some of the best I’ve come across. With so many salons on every corner in Orlando I wouldn’t go anywhere else than Expert nails.

Most of the time, my experience at Expert Nails and Spa is excellent. However this time, even though I called 3 days in advance for a Gel Pedicure, I waited 30 minutes before someone attended to me. I don’t think the person that I requested to have my Pedicure with was told that she had an appointment scheduled with me. The person that I requested to have my Pedicure with always does an amazing job and that is why I always request her.

Expert nails is such a great nail salon! I have the best experience every time I go. Vivan is amazing and always understands what I want to do for my nails! She takes her time and really wants to do a great job she’s extremely professional and very kind! The salon is clean and very staff friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Holly “The BOMB” at Expert Nail and Spa has been my go-to nail tech for over 18 years, and I can confidently say she is the best in the business! Her expertise and attention to detail are unmatched, and she consistently provides superb service. The salon itself is clean, with a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that makes every visit a pleasure. Eva did my nails. I've been going to this salon for years. They know I have an autoimmune disease so when they do a mani or pedi, they take extra time with the massage. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this. Eva had such a steady hand and is so creative. And to be honest most everyone in the salon is just so good at what they do. They're personable and care that you leave happy. I can't recommend them more. Well worth your time and you'll see how great you feel when you leave.

I’ve been coming to Expert Nails & Spa for a couple of years now, and I love it! The place is super clean and has such a nice vibe.
