Ive been coming here for awhile and I loved it when the ladies colored my hair they are all so nice. I keep coming back because I always get amazing results and I always pay pretty good. The money is never the issue but the last time I came in was about 3 days ago .. there's a new hairstylist that has worked there before she had said she came back. I asked for a balaye she foils my hair up and leaves it there while doing other people's hair I sit and wait and I'm panicking because I feel it might be frying. Well long story short. It looked good at the end because she styled it. Once I got home I noticed my hair is like straw and falling. I just wanted caramel highlights and my hair was already pretty light I just wanted my gray hair covered and a balaye without having to leave the bleach for awhile who knows the percentage of bleach she used. I'm pretty upset because this was my favorite salon. I live in green valley so I drive far just to get here and than having to deal to get my hair to grow again. I'm going to miss the other ladies because the few ones that did my hair in the past did a great job unlike this new lady. I'm really sad, I just wanted to look pretty but instead after showering I'm seeing the mess my hair is now. I paid 197 for her to damage my hair entirely. I feel she did everything in a rush to run through more customers. Very unprofessional. I hate writing bad reviews I really do but hoping someone takes this in consideration and is careful about who does their hair there. All the ladies I've gotten there before do wonderful job. I came and called at a bad time to get this new lady that came back to work at this salon.

I would not recommend this place, I was super dissapointed with their service. All I asked for was a simple haircut, face framing layers and curtain bangs. I left with bangs cut straight across and a crooked, choppy hair cut. If you don't know how to do something just avoid yourself the trouble and be honest. Also had to translate a phone call for an English speaking customer as they only speak Spanish in the salon. I didnt not mind doing this at all but just a heads up for future customers.

I have donated my hair 2 times before for Locks of Love for kids with cancer but was never charged before. The woman who helped me called her boss 2 times to get all the details for length. I meet the requirements for hair but failed to let me know it that they didnt offer a free hair cut with the donation of my hair. She did let me know the cost for a normal hair cut but didn't explain that they didn't offer the free hair cuts with the donation. Also asked if they offered shaving but failed to also let me know it was an extra charge for 10 bucks. Grand total was 35 bucks. Was going to leave 20 bucks as a tip, 10 for each girl that helped me but ended just leaving after my hair cut. This will be the last time I visit this place for a donation. For 35 bucks, they shouldn't be missing spots when cutting or shaving. Had to finish the cleaning up at my house. Thank you again. 1 star 🌟 5 stars to the first woman with the Zelda tattoo. She did a fantastic job preparing and bagging the donated hair and providing the right forms 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Me gusto el salón, fui nueva clienta. Todas fueron amables, quien me atendió fue Cecy, fue amable conmigo, servicio excelente, quedé satisfecha con mi corte y el precio súper padre. Recomiendo este salón

No se quien atendió a mi suegra, hoy Domingo/16, por teléfono, pero nomas de oírla hablar en inglés y pedir una cita, le dijeron que no hablan inglés y sin ninguna disculpa , solo le colgaron.

To be honest, it’s the place where I’ve had one of my worst haircuts in my life. I asked for just a little trim on the tips of my hair and then they gave me a slick back when I just wanted some simple scissor work.

Not sure how it’s ok to have a business open where no one can speaks English and lie about it. I’m latino and I respect those trying to better themselves but this was insane. They refused business because no one could speak English I shouldn’t have to speak Spanish in a business especially since I can’t speak or understand it well. This is the land of the free so they say but I don’t think a business like this should be operating when no one can speak English. No matter what side of town. I think those unwilling to learn should be unemployed and this is the whole salon all these ladies looked like deers caught in head lights when I started speaking English a few even laughed and said no no no and started waving they’re hands as if telling me to get out. This business needs to be closed down.
