Went and got a hair cut and get home to find out I have a bald spot on my head now she didn't even say anything about it

I live in Fern Creek/Jtown and drive all the way down to Valley Station to have my hair cut by Kristy. She used to work at the Fern Creek location and is likely missed by people in that area. She loves to sing and you've probably heard her sing while you're in her chair. The atmosphere that the ladies have created is warm and you get that friendly feeling. Really hope that they will open up a new location in the Fern Creek area and bring them back.

Spontaneously decided I wanted my haircut after work and I found this place on Google! The women who cut my hair (I believe her name was Lisa?) was SO sweet and did exactly what I wanted! Will definitely come here again!

Jamie provides an excellent experience when cutting my hair. She is pleasant, funny and very professional. In addition, she ensures that your hair is perfectly cut as requested.

I was in town visiting friends and saw that they were running a special so I decided to try it. There wasn't a wait when I walked in. The place looked new and the staff was very friendly. My haircut looks great. So overall, really good experience!

do not know how to cut fades😂 i asked if they knew and instead messed me up big time and i told them i didn’t want the cut anymore but still charged me. one of them stayed grabbing my head instead of gently putting my head where they wanted it during my “low fade”😂

No saben cortar el cabello, pedí un low fade y me lo hicieron horrible, no se los recomiendo, ese lugar es mas para cortes de mujeres que para hombres, por que la verdad no lo vale, ya entendí por que tan barato

I went in Saturday morning 2/3/2024. I didn't have an appointment but Shannon got me right in and I couldn't be happier. She did an amazing job. I will continue going to her for as long as she is cutting hair. I can't say enough about how happy I am with my hair and with how friendly and professional Shannon is.

I went in and my boyfriend said it didn't look like they cut my hair at all and said it was the worst haircut I ever had. No wonder why they were running a special. Never had a bad haircut at great clips

Went in and had a great experience. Chasity took the time to listen to what I want and took the time to look at my hair pattern to see if it would work. Cut was better than I hoped for! Definitely going back!
