Nail tech Kerstin did my sisters nails and she had a horrible experience with the tech being rude and nasty. I would suggest using this company, but using a different nail tech.

It’s ok… no one answers the phone & getting an appointment is a hassle. They will do your hair once & never respond lol. No one greets you when you walk in… just weird typical black hair shop behavior. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have visited here a few times. All of the stylists are talented. The nail techs are good. I recently got my hair braided by Timia. She's excellent!!!! She's also very fast.

First time client Valerie did a wash curl set atmosphere relaxing within minutes from home had to switch hair salons think this one is a great choice Satisfied! Valerie is the kindest person I have ever met.

Valerie Coleman is the very best of the best. She has been doing my hair for years! She knows my hair, and she can tell when I am stressed just by my hair. When I walk out of the salon, I receive so many compliments. She is definitely good for my soul.

I have been trying to make an appointment for over a month here. I have sent a email on their site, no response. Ive called the main number, no voicemail and no response. So I said let me just call a random person just to see. It was a nail tech who anseered. She wasnt friendly at all. She hands the phone to the stylist. She was nice but she told me to text her and ahe would call me back thats been 3 days ago. I feel like Im begging to put money in their pocket. Ive never seen abuisness handled like this no t answering the main line. I was excited to go because Ive been watching them for awhile. They definitely are not the only buisness in Columbus. I will look elsewhere.

Sheree is absolutely amazing! She cut my cousin's hair today into a short 'do and it's so cute! She absolutely loves her hair. Sheree was patient, really took her time on her hair, and taught her how to care for her new hairstyle. She also got us in short notice with no problem. Pricing is very reasonable and the salon is very modern and clean! We will be back!
