Jayla was amazing! Very informative on what products to use and the experience was wonderful! Jayla made sure I was relaxed and comfortable! I will be returning to my new waxer! :) Also the owner Kierra was very welcoming and the front desk lady was nice as well! Overall experience of the spa was 10/10!!!!

You ever had a service that took your mind off of EVERYTHING you’re going through upon walking through the door? This is THE place. Kierra, the spa owner is so warm and welcoming. Robin was my esthetician for my Brazilian, and she was so beautiful, communicative and patient. I’m so glad to say I’ve found my wax spot.

my wax appointment was wonderful! i loved Jaila!! she was very nice and made me comfortable while waxing me. wax: 10/10! service: 10/10 atmosphere is beautiful and i had a mimosa while waiting!😌 would definitely RECOMMEND and will be back for my January appt!

I’ve been coming here since January and I think I’ve found my forever wax home . Kierra does an amazing job and I never have any complaints. Everyone is always welcoming once I arrive and I never have problems switching my appointment times even if it’s last minute, they are very accommodating. 11/10 Highly Recommended!

I always have the smoothest experience ever! The staff is always super professional, the place was clean and cozy, and honestly, it wasn't even that painful. My skin felt incredibly soft after. Definitely going back! Highly recommend!

They burned my skin with the wax even tho I told the waxed it was too hot multiple times. A few months later I tried to schedule a new appointment bc the owner said she’d make It right. Well I needed to change the appointment due to being out of state & my flight being delayed. I picked a new date after she told me I could and she never confirmed with me And they still pocketed my $33 . I don’t recommend coming here if you’re YT or mixed YT like me. It’s clear they don’t like me or my kind.

Best experience ever! Best costumer service! Definitely not a vibe you’ll experience anywhere else. The ladies make you feel so comfortable, literally like your bestfriend doing it. Not gonna let you leave without the wax being perfecto. A must book with ANNEISE!! <3
