Exquisite Eyebrows Threading

I have come to this establishment twice to get my eyebrows threaded. I am fully aware that I have acne, but the first thing that was said to me was, "what's wrong with your face?" Which I found to be quite rude and insensitive. She then proceeded to ask me what products I use and what I am doing to help the problem. She did a nice job, but the comments that were made were completely unnecessary. Sadly I will not be returning because of this.

Service is always great. My lashes last for at least 3weeks. They work rapidly t get yoouu in and out.

This place is a joke! I haven’t been satisfied since the lady I usually go to isn’t ever there anymore. They messed my brows up twice and the lady told me she would make it right. Well that never happened, I’ve been back twice and both times I paid full. I Would never spend my money here again!

Update the manager gave me a call and they are attempting to make it right I will update after my apt next week. At least the customer service is good. I went in to get henna brows done and the lady insisted that she could not proceed unless I got my brows threaded even though I had just gotten a brow wax and I said there's no hair to thread. She ended up saying she couldn't do shape the brow with henna, after threading. so I ended up being forced to pay for a threading that I didn't want nor need.

I am sad to share that I have decided to no longer use Exquisite Threading. I used to go to their old location from around 2018-2020, and I was never disappointed. However, since trying the new location, I have been more disappointed than not. This is at least the third time I have left with uneven, mismatched eyebrows. Only twice have I gone and had a technician that was able to do a solid job. Any other time, I have ended up with eyebrows like shown in the photo even after making suggestions to them on how to fix them. I am so disappointed with my brows and only decided to accept the job and leave, because I didn't want any additional work to leave my eyebrows thin. Unless you have lots of eyebrow hair or are not particular about your shape, I would not recommend this studio.

I started going to this shop when they were in Easton. I have always enjoyed and recommend this shop to different people. I went to go their new location and they have went downhill. I explained how I would like my eyebrows and about the third time it’s correct. The last time I went I asked the technician if she knew how to arch the eyebrows she said yes, after two attempts she had another lady to do the arch. Before the shop would be crowded and you had a short wait, but the last three times I went there was one lady in the chair or I would walk in and go straight to a chair. I am looking for a new shop.

The lashes are beautiful but for 40.00 they only lasted 3 days . Glue is way too soft to last .

This organization lives up to its name! The whole experience was very exquisite nonetheless the amazing job they have done. Very friendly and fast, this is the only place I will come to get my eyebrows done. 10 out of 5!!!!!
