I’ve been to this shop a few times and I am always satisfied with their service. They’re very understanding and know the latest trends. They are also very honest and will make you feel comfortable. I am satisfied with their prices, work, and treatment. I highly recommend (Fama is my favorite braider btw)

I just relocated here to Ohio and wanted my hair braided but of course I’m not familiar with the area so my husband did a Google search and found this business. Very kind women welcomed me with smiles I got box braids mid back and I love them would definitely recommend. Very affordable

My daughter's normal stylist had an emergency, had to cancel appt. I called & was able to takey daughter immediately. She had no wait. Both sisters work hard & after business hours to completey daughter's hair. Price was very reasonable especially w hair included. They did a TOP TIER EXCELLENT JOB. Very impressed. Thank you ladies

Went in to get my hair done !! The Worse!! they was nice but it was not the style that I asked for and the lady braided my hair absolutely to tight and when I told her she replied no she wasn’t like it’s not my head smh it was so painful😞never again also they took 7 hours to do my hair smh

I got medium length knotless box braids. The braids are between small and medium width. I love them! They charge a bit more but they do include the hair. I was in and out in under 4 hours. They were friendly and made sure I was satisfied with the first braid before continuing. Also the salon was clean. They do talk loud and in a different language most of the time but that’s the norm when going to a salon ran by foreigners. Overall, I would recommend this salon for basic braid styles.

The open sign was lit up and the lights were on however the door was locked and although I knocked and waited a bit no one appeared 🤔 Only 1 star bc I didn't get the "Exquisite" experience.

The service was not good at all the person who was doing my hair was 40 min late then when they got there they asked if they could eat there food… my hair was rushed & looked like I had it in for two weeks already I was not satisfied well not recommended to anybody

They do very good with their dreads and styling. They were doing my hair for years. Suddenly this year, I can't ever get in contact with them! I left a voicemail message, I've sent them texts, and they've all been met with the same result: NO RESPONSE! Nowadays, their voicemail is full and you can't even book an appointment with them. I find that very unprofessional. After 2 years, they have lost my business. I have found another loctician that I can actually book an appointment with.

I called in to make an appointment for my daughter, she was going to get her locs done. I got scheduled for the very next day, mind you I call before I get there because I don’t live close to the shop. She tells me to come ( the owner). I get there and no one is there. I call and they say they left and someone will be there within an hour. The daughter contacts me and says it will be a little longer than that due to her forgetting the key. It goes from that to me not even being scheduled for an appointment. I don’t understand how

I went to this salon to get senagelese twists. Within about 2 weeks of having the hair, 2 braids have fallen out, and multiple other braids have unraveled while they were still in my head because the ladies did not tie them at the ends. I ended up having to go somewhere else to have them rebraided and tied so they wouldn't unravel again, on top of the 250 that I paid at Esquisite to have them done. Not the best experience.

This place is the worst place to get your hair done. They do not clean any of the combs and when it came time to wash my hair they didn’t even have a proper chair to lean back into the sink! They mad me use a regular chair which did not support my neck which made it very uncomfortable. My first and last time coming here. They also upcharge if you don’t come washed and blow dried. I had to pay an extra $15 to have my hair washed and blow dried. The hair braiding lady is also very rough and braids extra tight. Do not come here.

I hadn't gone for my daughter's appr, but Ms Yama was very professional when returning my phone call. My 14 yr wanted butterfly locs and I mentioned that my child was very tendered headed and her advice was not to get the locs but box braids instead. Professionally she could have said come in and I will do the locs and take my money but ethically she give me her honest opinion and that counts for me. Honesty and truth always a winning hand. I highly recommend Equisite Hair Braiding! The customer service is outstanding! I have worked with Miriam, Llama, and Mame. The experience was great every time! The quality of their work was amazing! I will continue to go back!
