Exquisite? I don’t think so! Walked in with my friend yesterday to get pedicures. We were seated right away and as I’m waiting for my turn to get my pedicure, the nail tech who is working on a customer across from me in the salon keeps yelling question out to me regarding the service I wanted. Could this not have been asked in a more professional manner, rather than yelling out questions across the salon? If you’re in such a hurry to figure out what I want, maybe walk over?? After a while, one of their nail techs, an older lady came over. I showed her the pedicure I wanted from their menu. As she started to cut my toenails I jumped multiple times due to pain as she was cutting them way too short. To the point that some are red and painful now. I kept asking her not to cut them that short but she did not listen. Before she was about to paint my nails I looked down and noticed all toenails being extremely crooked and short. I was upset as she had messed up my toenails, and I pointed it out to her. Her response was “ok, I’ll cut them more”. I was not ok with this as my toenails were already shorter than I was comfortable with, and she clearly did not know how to trim nails. I asked her for a nail file so I could try to even them out a bit myself without being caused any additional pain. The other nail tech that had been working on my friend came over and apologized and made an attempt at fixing the crooked nails. The first nail tech had messed up my toenails so bad that there really was no way of evening them out. At this point I was done. I no longer wanted my toenails painted as it would only enhance the uneven and sloppy work she had done. My cuticles were not cleaned up properly and she did no buffing of the nails which was included in the pedicure package. Then I went to pay for this disaster of pedicure, which I don’t think anyone should’ve had to pay for in the first place. She was trying to overcharge me and when I mentioned it to her she tried to tell that it was the correct price. The other nail tech came over and told her what I owed. My friend’s experience with her nail tech was not good either. Sloppiest and lowest quality pedicure I’ve ever experienced! Don’t waste your time or money on this place!

Seemed very rushed. Didn't even ask what type of pedicure I wanted. Left with shellac on my skin and cuticles. My friends toenails were trimmed way too short and she left with uneven nails. Neither of us should have paid full price for this service. Never returning!

So sad as had high expectations. Overall seemed relatively clean establishment. Right away asked what I would like. I asked for basic pedi. and to just focus on my feet. No leg massage, etc. as did not want to affect my recent spray tan. Guessing she took to literally as she trimmed a few cuticles (not all), scrubbed my feet with a couple swipes and proceeded to start painting my toes. Umm... where was the rest of the pedicure? Also, had some white film on my feet which she blamed on my spray tan? Um, what? Also, questioning if items used on my two second focus of my feet were new sterilized tools or used on others before me? Gross. With the color I chose, she said "too sheer". I asked if she could do a white base coat and then add color on top. She agreed, even noted yes twice "white base coat". Then proceeded to just start painting the sheer color. She ended up adding 4 coats...which means I had to sit there waiting forever for it to dry. Cannot imagine how hard will be to get off? Needless to say, $20 for my nails painted not good value.

They were nice but the nails themselves were not very nice we had a group of people go and none of them were pleased. They ruined a perfectly good set of nails they just needed filled. Then they over charged for a simple short solid nail color.

What a mess.. The owner and the mother of the owner didn’t do a good job. My nails were cut too harshly and nail polish is messy. Polish on the outside of my nails. My manicure was a disaster; my polish is scrunched, not nice and neat. I will say that I had a good massage.. but why would I get a massage if my toes are going to look like a kindergartner painted it. I didn’t appreciate how at the end, the lady who did my nails asked for a tip. I’ll tip if I want to, and this time I didn’t want to. If I would’ve known the outcome of this salon, I would’ve kept my 50 dollars.

at first i thought this salon would be amazing!! i was wrong. as you can see they did a very poor job on my nails. they were messy and not the correct shape. i had to get my nails redone the same day. not to mention that they do not have licenses! that explains why the woman doing my feet was picking off my previous polish. rating it a 1 star is generous i would rather rate it a 0. if you are looking to get your nails done do not come to this salon!!

I saw the reviews and was hesitant about coming here. I was so wrong! They massaged my legs for some long and balanced it all out. I loved the pedicures and they were welcoming. They furnished it to make it comfortable for customers. Will be coming again soon with my daughter!

Some of these reviews seem old but as someone who went there recently I can tell you this place is AMAZING. The ladies there do a really nice job and are very welcoming. I love the nails they did for me and I’m definitely coming back!

Staff was friendly, there was no wait. They do a longer leg massage than most for a regular pedicure yet they work in a timely manner. I was out within 45mins. Highly recommend!

Took my wife in, and the lady was seemingly in a rush. They also forgot to do the design on the toe (which is a blessing because of the low quality), and this is the 2nd chance. My wife said she won't go back because of this.

Literally the best acrylics I have seen in the city. They make them thin so you can actually use your nails and they look natural! The environment is so great and everyone there is so friendly! I won't ever go anywhere else again to get my nails done. Tran is the best!

The lady, T, was incredibly kind. The service was incredible. I got the luxury pedicure and dip done on my hands. I wanted acrylics originally but T went through the pros and cons of each to help me make a decision that was best for me. I will definitely be returning.

Worst pedicure I've ever gotten. All of them were in a hurry didn't spent hardly any time doing an actual pedicure they kept setting timers and one of the ladies was constantly on her phone why she was doing my niece's toes. Would never recommend anybody to go to this place 👎🏼

Can't actually rate them. Received a gift card which I misplaced. I found it after the expiration date. I called to see if they would still honor it. Lady responded with, "There is an expiration date. Not here." Very rude!

I waited for 30 minutes after I was told it would only be five. Everything was very rushed because they were busy. My nails look like a teenage girl painted them. It is not what you expect when you pay the prices you do. The place looked rundown and messy. I will not be going back or recommending this place.I do not get the opportunity to get my nails done very often so when I do it's a treat. This was a letdown

Worst experience ever! Not only are my nails very thick they are bumpy and look horrible. While getting my pedicure she was on your phone the whole time and applied four different coats of lotion to one foot they did not massage my legs at all or give me the hot towels. I called right after I got them done because I was in a rush to go pick up my son and they told me to come back and bring the card I used so I drove the 35 minutes to get there with my two sons with me for them to tell me they will fix them but not give me a refund. I paid $97 total for my nails and toes which is higher than I have paid anywhere else. Not only were they unprofessional and do a horrible job their pedicure chairs are so old they have little padding and my back is bruised from the "massage". Save yourself time and money and go anywhere else but here!

Love this salon. Drinks allowed u can call the bar next door. Only beer or wine. We were able to get mimosas. Salon does a great job and such nice staff.

THE.BEST.NAIL.SALON.EVER!! I have been getting my nails done by T. for about a year now, I love her and her since of humor! She always looks at my crazy pictures I get from pinterest and does her job to get what I want done! This is the only place I will go for my nails!
