This is very nice place. Julie is perfect. She always can get done what I want. And other people who work at the salon friendly and professional. They have a man and woman service. I recommend this place but you need to make appointment.

Patricia Does a fantastic job with brows. Their boutique is cute with a small but well curated selection of unique gift items and apparel at reasonable prices.

Mandi always know the perfect color and style. I haven't trusted my hair to anyone else in over 20 years. Love that I can always do a bit of shopping after getting a great cut. The salon is always warm and inviting, not the pretentious vibe other salons try to exude.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Both stylist and desk person were absolutely rude. The stylist had no clue what a blowout was and my hair turned out awful and frizzy.

They just sit there and talk to each other. Didn't get any help at all. I walked in and stood there at the register just waiting. No one came so I walked over to the haircuttng chairs and they were just sitting there talking. They saw me but kept on talking with each other. Finally this lady looks at me, gets up and leaves the room! No one helped me at all. My hair was looking crazy, anyone from a mile away could tell I needed a haircut. I just left. They don't care.

I absolutely love this salon. When I go in, I'm treated like a queen. The place is always spotless and welcoming. I have purchased clever gifts out of the boutique that I couldn't find anywhere else in Wichita. I always look great when I leave, and I get great compliments on my color.

The previous user is correct in "Not Your Mothers Salon". My mom would not have screwed up my hair. This place is only interested in your money, not what you have asked for. They will not admit that there are things they are not capable of doing. After two tries and 4 hours later with hair that I was mortified to have, they wanted me to give them another chance to fix. Forget it. I was told by Brent that he would refund me and when I went in for the refund - HE REFUSED. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away so that you don't get results that will make you cry.!!!!! Funny how the previous reviewer stated that the boutique will keep you coming back, not the so called Stylists.
