Extraordinary massage

They do not know what they are doing. During my massage yesterday the “masseuse” kept pressing extremely hard directly on my spine. I let her know over 10 times that it was painful to put so much pressure on my spine and she kept doing it. I kept pointing her directly to the knots that I wanted her to focus on but she would go over it one time and then she would go right over to putting way too much pressure over my bones! I just woke up in so much pain. Avoid this place it’s ghetto.

The place is not in a very nice shopping center, but it was near by so give it a try. First of all the massage tech refused to give me her name and I asked her a few times, them she gave me 3 different names?? In top of that the place do have a unpleasant smell that you have to deal with till you are done with your massage, and at the end of the massage the masajista insist on a higher tip of what I left, she asked repeatedly for more, and I never got that experience in any other place. It was very uncomfortable, and a shame because the massage itself was good. I’m not going to come back to this place, and cannt take any of my friends there

I highly recommend this massage place. You do need a reservation to have a massage, because how busy they are. I have done my massages with most of the therapist there. The massage skills are basically the same when you have massage at a luxury hotels. The only down side is the location is slightly sketchy, maybe the owner can consider switching locations to a nicer area.

Definitely recommend. In from out of town and needed a massage. I was able to get in the same day and Lisa took such good care of me. Good mix of relaxation and functional—great stretching and working of my hips, back and shoulders. Feeling 10x better than I was!

Best Massage Ever! 🫶 I got my first massage yesterday, I believe her name was and forgive me if I say it wrong… but I think it was (inchiten/ in-chit-nen). SHE DID AN AMAZING JOB, she really put me to sleep lmao and I didn’t expect her to be THAT GOOD. She really took care of me and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend (inchiten) for your first massage and open to give other masseuses a chance lol. Please tip your masseuse well for their hard work. I will definitely be coming back and give a bigger tip for the amazing service! 10/10 Experience and thank you so much inchiten I really appreciate you! 🙂👍

First, i want to put out that Thai massages are my fav. I have a spot that I’m loyal to in Dallas & had a tough time finding one out here in Austin ever since I moved. I was very intrigued by the reviews, so I tried it out & did not regret it. Very cute atmosphere. Angela did an amazing job!!! Exceeded my expectations and relaxation. 10/10 recommend.

I visited this place on 2 occasions and I am disappointed at the demanding attitude when it comes to tips. The first time I was there, I got a 45 mins massage and agreed to a 22% tip, when I got to the car I noticed that my card was swiped for 50% tip. I returned to them and asked them to correct this, the masseuse handed me some cash to adjust this transaction. I assumed it’s an honest mistake and let it go even though she still owed me some cash as she was short at the time. The second time I go there the masseuse tells me I HAVE to tip her $20 on a $60 service(45 mins). I was definitely planning on tipping 25% but I was surprised by the attitude of the masseuse and the minimum demand for the tip. This was a very unpleasant interaction. After all this I put my foot down on 25% and noticed that my card was swiped twice, again I realized because my card alerted me and the masseuse didn’t mention this. I went back to them and waited for them to fix this and she asked me to return the next day to collect cash. I refused and asked her to void this. All of this took 15 mins for them to figure out. Please check your transactions before you exit this place.

Meh. I’ve had way better. I’ve had a little bit worse. Still bruised two days later. And not in a good way like muscles being worked out. Just bone on bone that got worked really hard.

My experience was not super great. I had Angela and while she was very nice conversationally, she used her elbows to drive them into my back causing bruising. It did not feel good and hurt during the massage which I expressed, but I don’t think she understood my English. It came across more like a lack of experience. I expressed before the massage that I wanted almost the entire focus of the massage to be on my head and face for a more relaxing and stress free massage but this massage. I expressed that I did not want bone on bone massage but this was done anyway. She even asked me why my back was so tense and I felt the obvious answer was because it was hurting when she would massage. I wish I gotten a more experienced masseuse. The charge for tip was too much at $40 which was encouraged over the $20 dollar tip. I didn’t feel the tip was warranted give the not so great massage but still felt pressured to give more. Update: Just FYI, I visited on December 22nd and it was my first time visiting. I’m from NYC. I had a 90 minute massage. Not a two hour massage. Manager seems to be confusing me with another customer. The feedback from the manager made no attempt to make it up to me by providing a discount or a free massage so I don’t really have an incentive on returning. Most customers would not be comfortable with requesting an exchange for a different masseuse mid massage.

Went here on a whim to kill and hour and was blown away with service as well as the quality of the massage. Didn't even realize how tight I was until they started on my knots, highly recommend to anyone seeking relaxation and pain relief!

With all of my years in the military, my body was torn down. Fi Fi did wonders to my lower back and shoulder pain. I would definitely recommend and am looking forward to a return visit.
