A little back story - We were customers for years before he started going to a barber as he wanted more complicated styles. Unfortunately the barber was closed and he needed a haircut for the next morning so we were left going there. We thought it would be fine since we had gone there in the past. Our son went for a haircut and had Jana cut his hair. He came back upset that she didn't line the back and sides up (the little that she did do was a uneven) and pushed his hairline back on the top. I called this morning asking about what happened I was told that it was his fault he wasn't more specific. When I said isn't shaping around the ears and the neck area standard? She said no! He had asked for his hair to fall at just above this eyebrows and she cut way too much off. He said she was rushing and only took 10 mins to cut his hair! She was extremely RUDE to me and our son- especially for an owner of the business this is not right! Her attitude and lack of professionalism is the reason why a lot of my friends go elsewhere. (Of course learned this after he got his haircut)

Renee Cope at Extreme Hair has been creating art with my hair for several years. Lots of colors ; purples and blues, teals, occasionally green. I’m willing to be a little out there, and she’s totally on board with that weirdness. She’s a professional, collaborative, engaging and skilled hair stylist and color artist. She LISTENED to me and then ramped up my vision to something even better. After I left the shop today, in the space of an hour , I was complimented 5 seperate times by people of different ages, genders, you name it. She’s badass, just saying.

Went today to try to reschedule an appointment and was told they wouldn't reschedule me because I didn't inform them I couldn't make my last appointment. I informed them I had hit a deer that morning and obviously that wasn't top priority. They still refused due to no call no show. I could understand if this was a forseen issue before hand. I didn't have " hitting a deer" wtitten into my schedule. Ridiculous. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option.

I went there twice. Had an appointment with Nicole. She did a good job the first time. Bleached my hair put a little purple in it. I came back, explained to them I wanted my hair bleached and then a couple purple and blue pieces in. She called me, had me come in early cause someone canceled there appointment. She completely rushed through me. Idk if this girl had somewhere to go but didn’t bleach my whole head. Just bleached my roots, and before she even did that she put the fashion colors in… completely backwards. Then tried to fill in the bleach after. So I have random spots that are darker in my hair. Then when she toned my hair she literally put the toner on and rinsed it out so it never had time to tone anything. So my roots were yellow while the rest of my hair was blonde…Also she didn’t use half as much product in my hair as she didn’t the first time and she charged me that same amount. Never said anything but I was completely unhappy with my hair and never should have paid…I will never go back there. I’m sorry.

Years ago when I was married I used to take my wife there for a haircut and And highlights. I was helping a friend at the laundromat.. I was kind of shocked you denied use of your restroom-. Having to walk with prosthetic leg to Napa, The staff was very friendly there , not like Not like your staff or your place of establishment. I promise not to recommend your establishment to anyone and you guys are definitely not handicap friendly or people friendly

It's obviously a "women's" salon and they don't get a lot of male clients. Went in on a day that my regular place was closed and asked if they do "skin fades" to which I was assured they do. The girl did NOT know how to do a fade...at all! I was charged $23 for a bad haircut that was basically a trim and not a fade...at all! I will NEVER be back.

I went there today and I had the worst experience, I went to get color and i showed her a picture of what i Wanted , what they did was not even close and they did not cover all my hair they left spots where my grey hair still showed. The left dye on my neck, ear, and forehead. I explained and showed my dislike of what was done. On top of that, i had to pay 150.00 for something that i could of done a better Job myself at home. I am very disgusted and should of been told she was unable to perform the Job i paid for with my hard earned money.
