The whole experience was amazing everybody was so friendly and the environment was so welcoming and the shop is so cool Nisha my stylist did an AMAZING job she gave me exactly what I wanted and slayed if you haven’t booked an appointment go ahead and do so not only are the people amazing but the prices rock ❤️ (and please when you go on give some love to the shop fur baby🥹)

I have followed Jennifer since 2005 when I moved to Knoxville. So happy that she is co-owner of this shop. She knows her craft and I appreciate her willingness to help me when ever she can. Love you Jen! Still love this shop! I always feel like I'm with family when I enter their shop.

***DON’T GO!! My fiancé took a chance with this place. Her stylist kept cutting until SHE was happy, not her client. My fiancé tried to post a review, but I guess management deleted it after calling my fiancé a crook and accused her of going around town for “free haircuts”. Wouldn’t refund and accepted no blame after admitting the cut was 3-4 weeks from being what my fiancé wanted. If you want to pay for a cut you may or may not get in a month or so, I would say this is the place for you.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! Anyone can have a bad day and do a bad haircut, but when the stylist does everything she’s been asked not to do, the salon owner needs to make it right. This salon owner does not do that. Her response is to malign the character of the customer. To make it worse, she blocks that customer from posting an honest review of her bad experience. Buyer beware at this place. I wouldn’t trust them.

I’ve been going to eye Candy salon since I moved to Knoxville 6 years ago , every singe stylist is so professional and knowledgeable. My hair is healthy and always looks, smells and feels great when I leave. Color is always spot on , highlights always amazing and cut/style always how I want it ❤️ I’m so glad I found this salon and will continue to come here for as long as they exist! They are coming up on 10 years being in business so that has to show how amazing they are!

I love Eyecandy. Mehtap gives the best shampoo ever. Sabra is amazing. I absolutely love my color and cut. Only place I know to get a real professional hairstyle. All the girls are great and fun.

I called in last minute and Jeseca had no problem squeezing me in her busy schedule. I have LOTS of curly hair and she gave me the best cut I’ve had possibly ever! She gave me a blow out and I am super excited and I can’t wait to go back!

The woman just didnt listen to me. I have a hair cut that is horrible to manage instead of an easy one that takes only a few minutes. I showed her a picture of what I didnt want and got the exact opposite. I now either have to wear a hat or use a ton of product. I'm not happy that even as she was cutting it she didnt listen. She just cut me off and said ok let's see what happens.

This is the best place in Knoxville to get a true professional haircut and color. Vanessa is talented, creative,and always savvy to what's come in fashion next season. Prepare to wait up to 3 weeks for an appt..... the wait is worth it!. She is great with color and just as good with your cut and style....she could've went to Hollywood or New York, but she decided to stay here in East TN. Knoxville is her hometown. You'll be glad you went to Eye Candy....
