I have to say that I am very disappointed about the service I received after coming here, The lady reuined my hair and told me the reason they couldn’t do my knotless box braids after doing them once before was because I had small breakage in some areas. As a cosmetologist you should know how to deal with all hair types. If you are not capable of doing so explain it in a professional manner. I will not be returning, And on top of that they charged me $120 and would not fix it , my parts were rectangular and bulky , Non sleeky, rushed, and had to be redone up top twice and it still was not right. I spoke with their store manager and even with respect she denied me a fixed service even though she knew it was not done right. Which even with my last visit the hairstyle she did say worked with my hair she tried to rush and not do that correctly which also had to be corrected. This is not a good place to get your hair done they rush, upcharge, argue when their in the wrong, and will not fix anything the right way as professionals should.

My stylist was superb. She was quick and efficient and did a great job. She offered tips on how to maintain my silkpressed natural hair and kept me abreast of everything she used so I could attempt to do it myself. I was in and out in about 2 hours which is virtually unheard of in salons these days. I would definitely return and I'd tell family and friends about my pleasant experience. Economically priced as well. Loved it!!!

i first contact the lady asking if she can do instant locs she said yes but when i went there she said she can only do starter locs so she did them but the sections were either too small or too big not neat at all i didn’t even have a middle part. i went again cs all the other ppl that do locs were booked this is when she completely messed up my hair. it’s all puffed up and not dreadlocks at all. she kept sayin my hair is too thin for her to fix it when it’s far from thin. i wouldn’t recommend this shop even to my worst enemy. i cried multiple times after leaving the shop cs it’s just a mess.

I have been going to Ivory Johnson for over 15 years and from relaxers to sew-ins to my natural transition she has done it all her custom color creations are to "dye" for. Specializing in healthy hair is essential and she does!!!!
