overall i love this salon! each set ive gotten i have loved. I had a concern on pricing for my last visit and they helped to explain and work with me! I love the service. I’ve received so many compliments for my nails 💅

I have been coming here for a while and I have always recommended it to friends and family. Today a family member went and the worker who attended her at the front desk gave her attitude when she walked in. They let a worker who has never done brows do her waxing and they waxed off half of the front of her brow. Most of the team laughed at her and they all stared at her. Her daughter got her first set of nails and they did not do the pattern she wanted. Although they gave her a discount she walked out very unhappy and upset.

First time here, loved the service. Anais’s is wonderful for pedicures and takes her time to make sure you love your service. My mom had her nails done by Elva and was very happy with the full set. The environment was fun and everyone was welcoming.

I honestly love the work and service. I’d like to come back again. But the high chairs are very uncomfortable for me and there is no option. Hopefully in the future there is a sitting option and I will gladly go to do my nails there again.

Posting for my wife I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews but I went to Eye Love Nails new location on Eastlake Blvd in Horizon City today to give them a try after seeing good reviews about their original location. The business was really cute, friendly staff and I prefer their chairs compared to the massaging chairs. I left disappointed though. I got a gel mani/pedi. $75 special. I was a bit surprised that they do a dry manicure. My real disappointment was my fingernails weren’t filed or shaped. For the pedicure under my nails were not cleaned and was just polished over. Nails were not buffed and the tips of the nails are jagged and not painted. Since it’s my first time going there I didn’t question during because maybe that service doesn’t come with it. I did question at the end while paying and was told that a manicure DOES come with filing/shaping and during the pedicure under the nails should’ve been cleaned. I did receive an apology and was told they would talk to the nail tech. I would’ve thought with all of those things not being done I would’ve gotten some sort of discount but did not. Now that I’m home I also noticed that one of my toenail doesn’t have the top coat on. Overall disappointed with my experience there. For $75 I expected better. I was thinking about giving them another try but I’ve changed my mind as I’d like to relax during my service and not have to watch everything to make sure it’s being done. Maybe you’ll have a better experience with your visit if you go.

Do not go to this salon without getting placed with an experienced nail tech I recommend Leslie or VIRI … my first time here I had a great experience with the quality of the service and the employees… however the second time I got a different nail tech.. one who clearly wasn’t experienced in gel-x nails nor how to properly care for the natural nail… she completely destroyed my natural nails and did a horrible quality job on my gel-x, so bad that I had the salon cut them off and I left. I will not be returning here unless I book with one of the ladies mentioned above.

I went in for a fill & pedicure for a sale they had going on. Nails came out fine. Although the lady began hurting my thumbs while trimming my cuticles. I bled a little but didn’t say anything. Lady who was taking care of me was very silent which made things pretty awkward. As she did my pedicure I realized she was cutting my big toes wrong and she was cutting the top corners. Both of my big toes are hurting and I have never had an ingrown toe nail before visiting this salon. I will now have to spend more money to take care of my toe nails & go to the podiatrist.

This place is horrible. My nail tech Brenda was super rude. She shredded my healthy cuticles causing them to bleed. One of them is now infected. She didn’t even apologize when I told her she was hurting me. If you value your nails DON’T GO HERE!!!!!

Mind you, I am from San Antonio and I wait to do my eyelashes and nails when I visit El Paso once a month. Why? Because Vivi, Ashley, and brenda are absolutely wonderful! Vivi is always on point with my lashes, Ashley was amazing at listening to how I want my nails to look in regards to color and shape. Ms brenda helped with a great smile to fix one of my nails for me! Absolutely recommend Eye Love Nails !

People are great was very comfortable but got my nails done and the gel polish came off the acrylic like they were stickers...pretty disappointed.

My daughter and i came here to do our nails, i got the mani pedi special.. i absolutely love this place and the owner is an incredibly sweet and amazing woman! The BEST place to get your lashes, nails, and toes done <3!!

Wish i could give more stars tbh. I had ta best experience and amazing customer service. I got a gel mani and pedi with Anais and Adriana and omg they pampered me and gave me their undevited attention and care. Their work was perfect and very professional. Never have i ever been so pleased wit a nail salon like i was here. I highly reccomend Eye Love Nails! ❤️
